Sharing bad experience with vendors for upcoming brides

Lately I enquiry about this particular online store, weddingdecorsg.
They have nice n unique boxes.
so Ive decide to email them some enquiries about the box and cost.
Then I told them about my wedding date and transferred them the money.
after money being transfered. it took them like 2 days to reply my email.
Their cs is so slow in replying mails n it took me to call them up several times to cfm things.

when I told them my delivery time has to be in the morning cos my wedding starts at 10am.
They told me they cant deliver so early.
they can only deliver it to me from 9-11pm.
i say I cant.
my wedding starts at 10 wad s the point of me renting it from u when u deliver it to me so late?
so he said if i wan early delivery i have to pay surcharges.
$28 to rent a box
$30 bucks for their delivery
$100 for deposit.
$??? for surcharge
I told them it's ridiculous and since u can compromise my timing, please cancel my booking and refund me.
u charge so much for a delivery yet u cant compromise my timing....what nonsenses???
They say No.
they cant do refund once book.
what nonsenses is this?
If I dont transfer money to u that fast, will u have the chance not to return me my money?
still have the cheek to tell me that becas of me one couple actually enquire abt the box and they have to push away.
SINCE it's so popular , i bet u wont have any prob renting it out, why would u be so desperate not to return me my money?

This is no way to do biz.
and the cs was so rude he said he asked his ladyboss and if she doesnt approve he will pay me out of his own pocket.
and he HUNG the phone on me.

Well, this is my recent experience with this particular company.
Just sharing. Beware..do not hire their services...if anything goes wrong or not to ur liking , they wun refund u money.
 


I have a very bad experience with Wedrock Weddings. Jessica, the wedding planner, proposed a time to meet-up and then did not reply my email to confirm. When I smsed her, she said she was not available for meet-up. I was already annoyed at that point of time, she had 5 days to confirm and did not reply my emails. There was no follow-up whatsoever. I decided to not reply to her sms asking to reschedule and then she smsed me that our appointment was never confirmed in the first place. That made me so furious. It showed how unprofessional she is! To miss replying an email, and on top of that, pushing the fault to a potential customer. As a wedding planner, you should make the life of a bride easier. Not make it more difficult, am I right?

Fellow bride-to-be, please stay away from Wedrock Weddings.
