SG Bridal in JB

Shery> Yah, i think Xinyi is right, travelling between JB and S'pore is going to take alot of your time, morever work at ad agency is not fixed. For days that you need to work late, it'll be worse. Maybe you can consider renting a room in S'pore...

>shery, sharon is right.. the money spent on rental at least is well spent cos u can save on travelling time n maybe some unnecessary misundertandings that will come.. mayb can find those 3 room flats for rental.. the extra room can be for ur sis.. at least share out the rental cost not so xiong for u n hubby.. n u can hav d whole place to urself.. in case ur baby plans come early (heeehee, u nvr know), u wun be so tired travelling in n out..

Hey ladies, I have posted my SG photos on our wedding site: www.mywedding.com/vincentsharon

shery >>> yes i think its better that you find a flat and rent..thats wat im doing now too till our new flat is ready in 3yrs time.it will be very tedious for you to come in and out.

I have the same problem too...lots of last min cancellation of coming to my wedding headache!!!

yesh...i need the trip to relax myself or else you will see a ugly and stress bride...wahahahha.

xinyi>> i going to switzerland, italy and france.. it's my first time with five star travel.. so i'll judge from there.. nope i'm not extending my stay as we're planning to go for another short trip after that. heh..

>jane, italy n france will be fun.. switzerland is like singapore.. haha. but can go skiing.. but these places are great for taking secnic pictures..

I chose 2 white gowns only (layered one + cheongsum looking one), was too tempted with the coloured gowns, so many to choose from!

I remembered the entire floor near the lounge was filled with my shortlisted gowns....haha, that was so memorable.

Really very very happy and thankful about her contribution.

Now my turn to stress about the upcoming wedding in Dec....

We went to SG to select our photo last Sunday. Overall, we were quite happy with their service. We had a small banquet at Kuching for my parents and family and our trip lasted for a week, so we couldn't return the gown within the stipulated 3 days period. Nicole and Ivy happily allowed us to keep the gown for a week without any extra charges. They also rushed out the 4R prints, the guestbook and the 3-in-1 within a week. Initially, they told us they could only do basic digital touch-up to the pics due to time constraint, however we were delighted to see one of the pose we chose for 4R prints came with FULL digital design and my relatives were so impressed with our pics. I really appreciate the extra mile they walked.....perhaps just a small reminder here for those who would like to add items after you sign the package: It's best to plan properly and make up your mind about what you want BEFORE you sign, and negotiate with them before you put down that signature. If you MUST add any item, make sure you check out the price before you approach them to discuss about the additional item. When we signed, we chose the glass apple with our photo embedded as one of the free gift. Later on, hubby and I wish to have one each, so we would like to add one apple. We asked Nicole and she quoted us RM80 each. I was at the verge of accepting it and was a little dismayed when hubby said "no!". Hubby is normally very understanding and would fulfil most of my request (Pls note that I don't make unreasonable requests ;-P). When we were out in the City Square, hubby told me that he saw a funny expression on Jiayan's face when Nicole quoted us the price of RM80 per apple, making him believe that they are out to "chop" us.....In fact I only half-believed him.....As we were shopping around, we came across a shop that custome make wedding gift. Out of curiosity, we went in and lo and behold, they also sell the customisable glass apple!!! They quoted us a mere RM43 for one apple (And it's retail price!!!).....I am writing this not to blacken the name of SG, we LOVE their service and their photography is so impressive I would regret if we din take our wedding PS at SG.....just a reminder for fellow/future SG brides to be more alert about the pricing of the additional item. I think nobody like to feel like a carrot on a chopping board.....
