ROM -- TEA CEREMONY -- LUNCH?

Hi I will ROM on 12th October 2018 with our immediate families around. Probably followed by lunch as there won't be a banquet. Where can I slot in a tea session? Before or after ROM/LUNCH? Won't it be awkward?

Best to have tea before ROM... so you can book a small function room for the both purposes. After that, then proceed for lunch
