Hailing from Hong Kong, Chef Liu is a dedicated professional with over 20 years experience in fine Chinese cuisine. His repertoire of delectable
Cantonese cuisine has been enjoyed by dignitaries, diplomats, Hollywood and Hong Kong celebrities.
Prior to his appointment at The Regent, Chef Liu worked at several high-end restaurants in Singapore and a five-star hotel chain in Bangkok, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
His career highlights include a Hong Kong Tourism Association's “Best Culinary Skills Award’’ and television show cooking demonstrations in China and Singapore.
