Mine is also dinner. I planned mine as follow:

5.30-7am: makeup
7-7.30- put veil, take photographs with immediate family members
7.30-8: hubby to come and fetch me+ take some photographs (we don't have gatecrash)
8-8.30- back to groom's house (will reach even before 8.30 as we live a few streets away)
8.30-9.30: TC at groom's place+ eat tang yuan +take photos (TC only immediate family members so might finish even before 9.30)
9.30-10.30: go nearby for photos (planned to go seletar area which is near our place, or u can skip if you're not keen)
10.30-11: back to groom's place to change to Kua and head back to bride's place.
11-12pm: TC+ photos (immediate family members only)
12pm onwards: to the hotel to rest
4pm: I will get ready for rom (makeup)
6pm-6.20pm: rom ( it'll be quite fast I guess)
6.20pm-7.20pm/7.30pm: TC with the rest of our family members (I guess 1 hour should be enough if you don't have a lot of family members)
7.30-7.45: a very short cocktail, guests to be seated by 7.45pm
8pm: first March in.

Hey thanks so much for posting your schedule! I'm also not having a gatecrash, so this is very helpful for me. Will you be getting your bridesmaids / groomsmen to attend the earlier parts of the day since there's no gatecrashing?

Nope hahaha just my own biological sisters to help with changing clothes. Cos I dun see a point in getting bridesmaid and groomsmen in helping since there really isn't anything much to help. I will also save on the angbao too! Hahah

Oh I see! Too bad I don't have any biological sisters, haha. Maybe I'll only get my maid of honour to come, or maybe I'll leave it up to them to decide whether they want to come earlier or not. Otherwise, we can all just meet at the hotel.

So as far as make up goes, there will only be make up in the day and right before the banquet?

I have 3 make ups actually- 1 in the morning, 1 for rom and first march in and the last for touch up before 2nd March in.
 
Oh, I see! I wonder if mine includes a touch up, have to ask the MUA when I go for my trial in May. Actually, it seems like there should be a 2nd march in touch up. My coordinator said that my MUA would help me lace up my gown on the AD so I'm assuming that she'll still be around when I change into my evening gown.

I think it's better to check with your mua! Cos I know some mua will leave after first March in if you didn't inform her to help u with touch up before second March in. Btw who is your mua? :)
 
Hiya nov bride too! Anyone start asking arnd for solemnisers? I'm having my solemnisation in Starbucks in the morning! Anyone to recommend?

I'm using a videographer from Malaysia (I love that it comes with a helicam!) and my bro is a AD wedding photographer. Let me know if you are keen. I can pass ya some details.

Luckily for me, i'm a 12 nov btb and I choose the first location that I went to anyways so it didnt really made much difference... =D

I got a pretty good package from them (1.5k) but it's because the videographer is my best friend's Cousin and he can stay at their place when they come down from Malaysia.
Package has videographer, photographer, helicam, they settle their own transport, morning express, full day videography,1hr documentary post wedding, and all edited photos. Since I doing up a DIY photobook, they are kindly helping me with that too. Very nice people to talk to and not at all pushy.

I finally got my date settled. I'm officially a Nov BTB! My wedding date will be 26 November. Will be doing solemnisation followed by a lunch reception for just close friends and relatives. I booked Peony Jade @ Keppel Club too! Will be using the Peony room to host about 8 tables only. So exciting!

The trial went well.. like the natural korean type of makeup she has put for me. :)
As what I know.. Jacky is the only in-house photographer they have. So there's no choosing of photographer.

Oh, really? But my fiance and I was not even told about the photographers until last week when our pre wedding shoot date is reaching.. when asked, our coordinator just told my fiance that it would be Jacky.
How did you get to see the albums? When did you choose your photographer?
 
I chose my photographer when I went down for my gown selection in Feb. Actually I was the one who asked to have a look at their albums so that I could see what their style was like before deciding. But I was told that Jacky is the more popular choice so *maybe* that's why they just defaulted to him for yours? Or maybe Lim was already booked on your date.

Oh.. I'm not so sure either. I went down for my gown selection during Jan and my previous coordinator didn't really tell us much in details as we took quite long for the selection.. but I do trust that they have good photographers and that I'm not quite worried.. my previous coordinator has resigned and therefore got a new coordinator. Today went for my fitting and finally met the new coordinator. All went well too. :D Am definitely excited for the pre wedding shoot on mon as well.

I softbooked Mr Francis Ng as well..
My collegue (wedded last yr) engaged him as well and he told me that Mr Francis was friendly and it was simple and without any long long speechs, which is the way I like it too.. =)
 

@small_chia For me, I feel that you should so that you can have a feel of their shooting n editing style. Both parties should come to an understanding on the services to be provided and that will hopefully eliminate any possible problems.

I only engaged photographer btw.. =)
They will make the video for us using the photos from the morning..
