Need advice on Divorce

Im divorcing my wife as I have caught her having an affair. What I need now is to fight for my 2 kids custody. The only evident I have is an SMS between her n the guy and also email from my wife seeking for forgiveness as she is pregnant n going for abortion. Is this evident good enouf for me?
