March in or no march in?

I'm doing my ROM at a cafe setting in June. Wondering if we should do a march in... While a march in may be romantic and all, the setting doesn't seem suitable. Also we only have max 60 guests and it's in a small function room with round tables and buffet spread. But is it awkward if say, we sit down with the rest of the guests then have the emcee invite us up to the solemnization table to start the ceremony?

Any views from experienced brides or BTBs? Thanks in advance!!

I guess it's very much up to you. some girls, (i.e. me) always dreamt of walking down an aisle..so even though I'm having my ROM at a restaurant setting, I'm doing the walk-in as well, with my guests at their tables.
