Hi, I am not too sure as I didn't have much time to talk to the banquet manager.
So far, Anna is the sales manager and she wasn't present during the banquet. The banquet manager was a Malay guy and there's also an operations manager called Chris who is in charge of everything.
Everything went quite smoothly so I did not have much to complain about. There's also a wedding cake and $80 Food and Beverage credit on top of the complimentary breakfast in the Hotel Suite with Jacuzzi.
I just attended their bridal show on Saturday, I felt the sound system was not bad! They even extended it to the reception area at level 10.
However, one of their projector (in banquet suite) has a yellow tinge. Probably need to tune the color a little. Otherwise, it is ok!

I tink min is 25 to enjoy their attractive perks.
Im asking so that we can see if we can enjoy referral benefits
We have searched afew hotel and compare. Realized that in order for us to entitle to better perks min table is 25.
But perks is really attractive
If u really interested in Mhotel. Mayb can nego 25tables. Who you talk to on that day?
Initially talked to Eugene i think, subsequently was Malcom who showed us ard.
M hotel became my second choice after I went to Concorde Hotel(currenyly first choice) for site visit lol..
Yaa.. concorde was in our list too.. but coz of our date which was already booked! So we went to Mhotel. Was tempted by that lvl 10 banquet suite! Whole lvl belongs to us on tt afternoon hehhee.
And their jacuzzi. We asked for a few perks and we r happy enough that they granted us with that. Hehehe.
I saw my fren there that day and my coordinator said can ask for referral ( but not sure if it apply to that day only or ongoing) , no matter what its a bonus.. have then will b a gain, if not also no loss. Hehehe

Went recce the hotel function room before the nov showcase. Feels ok, so signed up after consideration a few days after the showcase, but got the showcase perks

All perks are similar to what m hotel is offering but with additional perks of free flow of red wine on top of beer.
Selling it at a discounted rate of $50 off per table compared to what m hotel is offering currently.

Their perks at this bows show as below if I can rmb correctly. I left the list at my bf house.
1 complimentary table with min 26.
1 Day room for helpers can extend to next day check out.
Free flow of wine.
The 4th i can't rmb. But they are able to increase % for carpark & invitation by 10%. Invitation including free printing insert.

i went to their booth at BOWS and the perks they throw in during the show are pretty good. downside was that got to book then or have it as an open date.
was considering M hotel too but just drove past recently and thought the lobby was quite "traditional" looking.
