Am letting go Pan Pacific Singapore ballroom between now till 30 Dec 2016.
The venue and space is ideal for wedding banquet or company functions such as D&D.
The chef of the banquet is a veteran with Pan Pacific for more than 20 years and can offer a sumptuous spread of food. ( Hai Tian Lou restaurant )
Venue: Pan Pacific Singapore, 7 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square, Singapore 039595
Ballroom : Pacific Ballroom, Level 1
No. of tables: 35 (subjected to your requirements of more or less)
Charges: $46,000 for price of 35 tables
Deposit: $6,000 Paid
Transfer of ownership can be done fastest by 21st September 2016.
I am advertising this purely to minimise loss .
In the event that the transfer is a success deemed to Pan Pacific, the balance between your contract and my contract with Pan Pacific will be paid by me.
Ie. $30,000 for yours , then balance of $16,000 will be bear by me.
