a) bite it
b) wax it with lotion

Not sure if the above does work cos usually I am too late and lazy to try.

Me still not sleepy. I am a night person. I am a zombie during daytime and active at night. I have been like this since young.

When I was studying for exams years ago, I would sleep in the daytime and when everyone is sleeping at night, I would be studying away.
