I meant easily finish during lunch hrs, by the time u go aftnn they bake again lor... yup its nice..my coll's bght b4 and give me a pc. But i lazy to walk there n buy.. hehe

I stop hiring P/T maid last 2 yrs, then come back again my laziness.. so hired again lor.. my previous wan go back Philipp liao. so this wan new one my sis recommend.

cos for the past 1.5mths i m feeding on mass gainer n i put on closed to 4kg of solid mass!!..suddenly become much heavier n somehow got problem running smoothly like last time..luckily no more ippt for me, if not sure jialat!!

then how to lose weight after u gain?? i mean for a gym guy like u lar.. diff fm those norm wan.

actually 4kg of solid mass is a lot!!..cos u see ur own body in mirror u can know liao..i think i would maintain my current wt is enuff liao..dun wan heavier..
