Janie, which branch u go? for me i dun sign any package with them.. anyway i dun go mani tt offen la.. i also go for the express 1 so not too bad they do ask me to sign but when i say i prefer w/o package they r ok leh... for me i dun really bother which brand they use as long as outcome gd can liao keke..

Janie, I understd "PUSHY" pls tried to push them back.. that we cannot afford thou.. those working are young gers so we know as and when and have the rite to say NO...to them. Unless you really like the packages in the 1st place.

Young gers easy to turn them off, except the oldies wan.. arhhh that wan bit diff.. keke
 
i go to the cck branch lor....cck alone havev 3 branches at the same area!! 1 at lot 1...1 at the mrt station, 1 at the hdb building...siao 1....tis area they monopolize den other ppl no chance...

imagine i still have my exisiting TWO package...they still ask mi to sign somemore?! u say they pushy anot lor...basically more like forcing me liao...

there're no best way also...its all in a package...balanced n healty diet n lifestyle..exericse regulary n rest well..

i think i scroll all the way down there was some subscription...mybe not sell pdt but sell their ideas of exercise..
