Hello! I would like to check with there is still available ballroom on 10 Dec 2016? We are looking at 25-30++ tables. If available, I would like to attend the wedding show! :)

Hello ladies! I signed up with them at the showcase yesterday. Weekend is S$1288 (sat) after less will be S$1160.
I think the perks they throw in are already more than enough, so I didn't ask for additional perks.

@Zetrio, yes the deal allows us to have abalone, but no sea cucumber... i dun think no wedding dinner will serves sea cucumber bah...

They're very flexible on our room, as we have 2 nights stay, they are giving us 2 room (one - bridal, another club room). Also, they let us choose the dishes we want in all the menu.
Basically, the rate is already very worth of all the perks they threw in.

my colleague did not mention which dish, but basically mentioned that it did not meet his expectation.
hoever for the moment i am not too concern bcos i am still almost one year away from my dinner. I will see how the food tasting goes.

I had tried their soup and cod fish on 13 Dec, it's okay. Not too salty, not too blend.

May I know if the ballrooms for small weddings (I.e. Min 15, Max 19) is available for either lunch or dinner on 2nd Oct 2016?

Additionally, is there any upcoming wedding shows?

We regret to inform you that we are fully committed for Lunch on 2 Oct 2016 however we have venues available for dinner.

Alternatively, do you have other preferred date for us to work on?

Hi Katyew,
Thank you for your enquiry.

We are able to do 100 pax solemnization lunch on your preferred date.

Our sister property, Hotel Jen Orchard Gateway has a maximum capacity of 7 tables.

Should standing event is good for you, they are able to do so as well.

Just attended my friend's wedding lunch at Hotel Jen Tanglin in late Dec 2015. The ballroom is more like a function room rather than a ballroom. But overall a very cosy reception for intimate weddings!

My feedback for food : Food was in pretty good portions and relatively good quality , except that some dishes were not hot upon serving. One thing we dislike : their Eight Treasure soup is very salty and ingredients indicated on the menu were not very visible in our small bowls. Although we have leftover soup as our table only have 9 pax, none of us wanted to take it.

The solemnization room is pretty and opens up to a greenery view outside!

Thank you for your feedback. It certainly assist us a lot to further bring our facilities, service and food quality to another level.

We are glad you like our solemnization room as well as our food despite on the soup.

We will certainly improve on it.
