High tea solemnization + Chinese tradition on same day

Hello all experts!

I'm wondering if anyone have any ideas on a high tea reception with a lower cost?

My wedding will be sometime in Sept but my bf and I have apparently not decided on anything till now.

We are actually looking to put the Chinese traditional rites in place with the solemnization taking place in the afternoon with somewhere that offers high tea buffet. I did some research but I realised most hotels are offering lunch or dinner.

Would appreciate if any expert could give us some ideas? We wouldn't mind if the place is an outdoor area or country clubs but we really want to keep out budget low.

They have a small function room that fits up to 50 to 60. and its facing the pool. Intimate and lovely. You can have your the signing at the pool deck too.
