Gate crash in hotel for lunch banquet ?

Have any of you done gate crash in hotel?

How does it work? Is it weird? Because the traditional way is to pick up the bride from her house.

I am wondering if i should do everything in hotel?

Please advise.

Congras Naomiee! I have friends who did their gatecrash at their hotel, not weird at all I considered this option as well to save time but in the end I still 出嫁 from my parent's place as it's more meaningful for me and also parents will be happier. As long as your parents are fine with it I think's fine!
