She bought some stuff online and transferred the $ over (thru i-bank) to book the item first, but the seller has been delaying over a month on the meet-up to pass the item, giving excuses like busy, out of country etc. And when my fren called her, then she realised the seller already terminate the phone line.
How can my fren retrieve the $ back ? Given that the seller already terminate the line ? she has the seller's bank a/c number. Lodge a police report, will the police be able to help ? Thanks in advance.
