Fan recommendations

i have a kdk one at home and i'm looking for some other brands to try out as well.

i saw this cornell cooler fan the other day, it seems not bad. got remote control too. and it's like an air conditioner but it's more like a fan. dont know if i should get that not.

anyone got any recommendations?
 


im using one of cornell models as well. it can be rotated to multiple angles unlike the usual left right up down angles.

and the wind is really strong and comfortable just like aircon. maybe you can consider that?

do you have the cornell model that you are talking about? would like to check it out the next time i go look for it.

there's so many selection in the market right now that i just dont know which one to get.

no worries dear. i got the cooler fan from cornell already.

couldnt stand the heat the other day and just nice the fan at home broke down. so just buy and so far it has been functioning perfectly good!
 
i saw a few reviews of the cornell cooler fan in the papers.

not sure if it's the one you bought but it seems like a good buy.

my hubby went and bought one of the cornell fan during the weekend.

just nice the one broke down and he wanted something good. so far the wind power is good!

because the one i got at home is working perfectly.

didn't know cornell produce such good quality products!
 
which cornell fan are you all talking about? care to share the model? would like to check it out since you guys say until so good.

cornell is good. i have quite a few of their products at home.
 
i cant remember the cooler fan model. but i believe it's the only cooler fan model available from cornell.

maybe you can check it out first before making your decision?

i went and check it out already.

the model is cac-21 from cornell.

said to have this filter system that has the ability to purify and clean the air. i guess that really helps during this period when we are affected by the haze.
 
here's my take on the cornell cooler fan.

it's good in my opinion. the wind was strong and yet at a comfortable level.

oh yes. it has this filter system that was quite useful during the few days when we were affected by the haze. especially when there's kids around. it's good.
 
and my parents got the cornell fan as they were worried that the haze that time will affect my newly born nephew.

quite good to be honest.

oh yes. the cornell fan was quite the life saver as my younger brother suffers from asthma during the haze period.

quite a good investment to me.
 
the cornell fan is quite good actually. love the fact that it provides relief on days when the weather decides to go all crazy.

if i didnt read about the cornell cooler fan in the papers, also wont know got such a good.

in fact, it's in my brother's room as he is using it now. good for him especially when he has a sensitive nose as well.
 
i think cornell is having their yearly warehouse sales.

saw the details on facebook.

it's at Thye Hong Centre (2 Leng Keng Road, Level 6) from 7th - 9th Jan. (near redhill mrt)

maybe you can go there and check out the steals. read from the facebook the sale items starts from $10 onwards.

maybe the cooler fan is going on sale! can buy another one! should be quite worth the trip! oh ya! they only accept cash so do take note! :D
 
i went to the cornell warehouse sales during the weekend and got myself a cooler fan and also a few of their kitchen appliances.

it was really worth the money as the products were going at really good prices.
 
oh dear. i didn't know there was a cornell warehouse sales recently.

must have missed out on all the good buys! wasted!
 
it's such a pity that you missed out on the warehouse sales.

my mother and my aunts each bought a new cornell oven there because the promotion was really good.
 
sure there are plenty of chances for you to go to the warehouse sales.

the cooler fan was a hit at home when the relatives came over for visiting as it was really humid when they came over. so happy with the purchase.

the cornell cooler fan has really been helping with the crazy humid weather we have these days. pity its out in the living room. would have drag it into my bedroom if its not for all that trouble. haha.
 
yeah. the cornell cooler fan has been really useful at home with the crazy weather changes. one minute it's humid like it's the end of the world, the other it's pouring its heart one.

these days when i reach home, i just sit at the cornell fan there and not move. very comfortable!
 
same here! sometimes when i get home, i just switch on the cooler fan and nua on the sofa.

the weather is just so unpredicable these days! one minute hot one minute cold! bth!
 
i guess the cooler fan now is quite the essential item at home now when the weather goes all cranky on us.

i just don't like the weather now. it's so humid sometimes that it's driving me crazy.
 
ya lo! so hot these days. luckily the cooler fan is strong enough to keep me cool and not switch on the air condition. so the money spent on it is quite worth it!
 
dont know what is wrong with the weather these days. it is sooo hot throughout the day and with the electricity bill increasing its not joke.

i shifted the cooler fan into my room so i can comfortably do things in my room. and it's sooo nice to enjoy the cool breeze.
 
that's a smart move to move the cooler fan to your room. but then wouldnt it be all stuffy in the living room?

i got two cooler fans. one for the living room and one for the bedroom. no need to fight for the fan.
 
i dont like the weather these days. one minute its hot and one minute its pouring.

even when it pours, its so humid afterwards.

i just drop myself in front of the sofa and stone there these days. and with electricity bills rising, maybe i should invest in another cooler fan for the room.
 
haha. one minute it's cold and the next it's hot like the end of the world.

these days i just camp myself in front of the cooler fan when i'm home. the weather is not good to do anything productive in!
 
the weather is too humid these days. my mum came over and rave about it because it was really good.

hopefully with all the electronic fairs going on during the long weekend, the cooler fan will be on promotion! can get another one for my mum's place.
 
ya lo! the weather these days so crazy that i shifted the cooler fan into my bedroom instead. if not have to sleep in the living room.

the wind from the normal fan sometimes feel soo warm instead! and it keeps me up instead of making me fall asleep so its frustrating. sighs. what's wrong with the weather?!
 
i got the cooler fan and these days when i reach home i'll just sit infront of it to cool down while watching my tv shows.

thinking of shifting it into the room already. can save on the electricity bill instead of switching on the aircon.

the weather these days are so unpredictable. quite frustrating that it is hot one minute and cold the other.

today is one of the days. sure very humid when the rain stops but luckily there's the cooler fan to keep myself cool if not im sure it will be hard to sleep at night!
 
ya lo! the weather really gets on my nerves sometimes. especially at night when i just showered. sometimes it feels like i didn't shower at all.

the cooler fan has been my ideal sleeping equipment lately. and hopefully with the increasing electricity bills, it'll help save some!
 
the weather is really crazy these days. it can be hot when it rains as well.

i have to say the cooler fan is quite a good investment. helps to cool down when the nights get too warm and humid.
 
just when you thought the weather is changing for the better. it just gets even more crazy. even when it rains, it is still so hot! humid in fact!

i guess the cooler fan is a worthy investment. thanks to my parents. hehe.
 
i already have the cooler fan and it's good enough for now.

don't think will be getting any new fans for the moment. maybe the others will be interested.

i got the cooler fan on top of my normal fans.

anymore fans i think my hubby will go crazy.
 
blade-less fan? isnt that like very expensive in the market?

i got quite a selection of fans at home now. the normal fan, the cooler fan and the ceiling fan.

i dont know about that tho.
 
the weather is starting to get crazy again with the sudden rain and hot sun.

sometimes i just wish i can be at home using the laptop with the cooler fan. the weather is seriously making me no mood for anything.

i have to agree with you. the weather is so crazy these day.

these days i also sit by the cooler fan and watch tv. the weather just make me no mood for anything lo!
 
ya lo! the trains also no aircon at all sometimes! so stuffy and hot.

i reach home and dump myself in front of the tv and cooler fan and dont feel like doing anything already. abit lazy but its true.
 
the train is seriously an issue. always let me wait so long and sometimes no aircon!

nowadays i just nua at home after work watching tv with the cooler fan directed at me and snacking. perfect bliss!
 
the weather is one minute hot and cold i also dont know what is wrong lo! so irritating.

i just want somewhere with aircon these days. totally cannot stand it. maybe too used to the cooler fan already. hahaa!
 
these days i dont even eat at hawker centres unless really no choice. so hot and humid.

i just want to sit at somewhere comfortable and have my food. so i just tabao home and sit infront of the tv and cooler fan.
