I am in the mist of divorce and my ex refuse to cooperate in the divorce. I agree to let him after with the adultry terms and accept his term that we are both unreasonable, thinking that I shoud just let things past and move forward. Which means I am also claimable by him. As I think since he already choose the other party over me and my child, just like things go. In the mediation everything is fix, sales of property, uncontested divorce agreed terms.
On the day of the interim date, I realise that he did not turn up or file the unreasonable divorce term on me and even have the cheek to ask me agree on not claiming on him then let me go ahead for uncontested.
To add on, my ex even refuese to cooperate on the propery sales. I am very helpless and fustrated that he is staying with his mistress and the illegimate child at my property while I still have to service the loan through my cpf.
What should I do if he drag and refuse to cooperate for the sales of property? I am still waiting for the interm judgement date and still not sure what trick is up his slevees.
Could any one in the forum advice me? Advise me how to protect my interest against his stratgey to drag on the divorce case and keep the property to his benefit while my child and I continue to suffer?
