Disappointing experience with a wedding planner

Due to my busy work schedule, I engaged Wedding Acts to help me with the full planning of my wedding. I found their services to be less than satisfactory.

The company assured us that it will provide behind the scenes assistance on our actual day. However, many details were left out during the planning process. I constantly had to follow up to ensure that things turned out smoothly. In addition to that, our wedding planner disappeared before our 2nd march-in and did not brief us on what we had to do. In the end, we approached the hotel staff for advice.

Initially, I engaged a wedding planner thinking that I could have a stress free wedding. That was certainly not the case.

Oh my god! I finally found a couple who got insane because of WeddingAct!!! I just terminated them few days ago!! I was so stress and piss after 2 months of engaging their service. They mark up all d quotations from vendors at least 40%, never do follow up instead I'm d one who have to remind them and I paid them 5k and they refuse to refund a dime to me, I never take any of the vendors they find me.

Worst nightmare everrrrr

I had a very bad experience with Wedrock Weddings. Jessica, the wedding planner, proposed a time to meet-up and then did not reply my email to confirm. When I smsed her, she said she was not available for meet-up. I was already annoyed at that point of time, she had 5 days to confirm and did not reply my emails. There was no follow-up whatsoever. I decided to not reply to her sms asking to reschedule and then she smsed me that our appointment was never confirmed in the first place. That made me so furious. It showed how unprofessional she is! To miss replying an email, and on top of that, pushing the fault to a potential customer. As a wedding planner, you should make the life of a bride easier. Not make it more difficult, am I right?

Fellow bride-to-be, please stay away from Wedrock Weddings.
