Hi Diane,
We are from the management of myflowershouse. Firstly, we apologize to you if there were any misunderstanding. The management has investigated into this incident . We believe there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding at hand here. Our findings:-
1) Her email responses to you were on daily basis. She mentioned in the e-mail dated Apr 6 that she needed a week to get back with the proposal; whilst at the same time, requested for some clarification of your requirements.
2) As for the wedding theme, you mentioned the pictures' numbers in the link. It would appear that she missed out on this point and she requested for a clarification. She wanted to have a clearer picture to plan for your wedding day. From her understanding, she was unsure of your request, as you mentioned that it was not a sit-down dinner. Thus, she was under the impression it will be a garden wedding. She requested for a confirmation in case she prepared the wrong proposal for you.
We can all agree that it would be best to clarify all of our customer's requirements in order to achieve the required expectation of our customers. This will prevent any misunderstanding of our customer requirements; which may result in a major revamp of the proposal further down the road. We hope you can understand the rational behind the need for clarification.
> Diane,

> noted and I shall check what can I do for you @ $500
> I need one week to get back to you on the rough idea.
>
> As for your link provided, all the pictures are for different themes, so I am not sure which theme you are referring too.
> Seems like yours is going to be a garden wedding theme?
> Location near to garden wing and fountain, Pavallion 1 or 2 or 3?
> Do you have anything in mind so that I can plan anything closest to your liking, unable to prepare and judge from the link provided as too many themes there.
3) In fact, she mentioned in the e-mail dated Apr 6, that she requires 1 week to prepare the proposal of your big day. As for her response on Apr 7, she thought that you needed to make the decision by that day, so she apologized if you could not wait for a week. She meant no harm and was not trying to imply anything else. Do check her last reply (attached below) to you explaining the situation:-
> Hi Diane,

> Below is what I wrote on the previous email regarding the 1 week timeline.
> Sorry for any misunderstanding.
> Ok and noted.

Enclosed are all the email correspondence between the two of you for transparency purposes. This was merely an email misunderstanding that was blown out of proportion, as some of our staff tend to not write in details or might overlook certain things, and made assumptions like our staff did. Having said that, we do believe that our staff have room for improvement as well.
The management sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.
