gumiho: No matter which carpenter you use, just don't use ah beng 97660072.

Personally I used him because his price is quite reasonable, however a lot of screw up issues.

1) 2 different groups of workers, Group A cannot touch up for Group B and vice versa.
2) Very clumsy workers, provided you don't mind your cabinets come with a lot of scratches.

and many more...... If want to know, feel free to contact me. Because it serve no purpose to bad mouth so much about him.

In short, he is a man who don't honour his words.

And his stupid company is registered in malaysia, no protection(Small claim tribunal also cannot help you) if you are in singapore.

I also going thru wat u went thru.. angry wif the so-called ID.. lousy company.. he dun even knw how to do co-ordinate.. me as a owner also need to take leave to supervise his worker..

and worst.. i realise he din close up the gap between the platform & the kitchen cabinet. now it has croaches & spider around.. so angry..

alreadi sent him a CASE Letter .. he ignore me..

now i ve to take leave to go to small claim court to sue him..

spent so much $$ and still ve to take leave to do supervision.

It's true, finding direct carpenters or contractors definitely beats having a costly interior designer who, in my opinion, overcharges on so-called simplistic or minimalist designs.

I got my carpenters from Singapore Cabinet Makers. You can google them online. Top of the list.
