Carlton Hotel - ROM Solemnisation

so fed up of their customer service. response are always so slow and ALL direct lines either transfer to voicemail or no one answering. Made me difficult to confirm things with them.

Anyone experience it before? How to ask them for fast response. Haiz think their business must be too good!
 
I strongly recommend Carlton Hotel for ROM solemnization!

I had my ROM at Carlton on 13 May, their staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Actually, I am still considering whether should I solemnise on my AD or do it separately.

If do it on the same day, will it be too rush and what time shld i hold it?

If do separately, additional costs involved.

Headache.....

btw solemnisation is the tea ceremony??

i thk it all depends on individual lor... c wht ur FH/ur relative prefer lor...

if u afraid tht u b too tired on ur AD, then no choice, have it separate day lor... 'cos u also wanna b happy on ur AD n not to b tired mah hehe

Solemnisation is the ROM.

Some people do it during the Dinner, some will do before dinner....

like i said earlier, depends on individual lor... for me, i rather have it on a separate day.. dun wanna tire myself too much tht day.. wanna b a beautiful bride :P

would like to chk w u.. for ur soleminsation table.. will the hotel provide pen?.. wat is provided by the hotel??
 
Hi ahcole,

FYI Carlton Hotel do not provide pen, so have to get the signing pen yourself. As for the decor of the table is only a center pcs flower and some rose petals.

YOu mentioned we need to have our own signing pens. But can we use marker (fine) as pen to sign on the Marriage Certificate instead?

What other things we need to prepare besides pens? Can I take a look at your pics? I would like to see how they decorate their function room.

Hi gals,

After seeing a few locations, I've finally decided to have my ROM at carlton, can someone advice me on what are the things to prepare for the Solemnisation ceremony?
Eg. Pens are required? But are we supposed to place the Cert directly on the table or do we need to put some writing board on the table?
Are there other things to prepare for?

Hello all,

I just went to Carlton today and had confirm it to be my solemnisation venue. Just to mention, my coordinator Jason is really approachable and helpful.

The best venue so far compared to others of its status. And also the best sales person we had met.

Hope everything turns out fine!

Mine ROM was quite simple in their exceutive suite.. very nice rooms, living room and bedroom... cos nite time having banquets nearby..
