Hi gals. Keep seeing this bridal shop around Singapore, did anyone done or going to do their photo shoot here? Mind share your photos? Me and my bf signed up for their package early this month due we keep comparing more than 6+ taiwan bridal company, duno what happened that day, maybe we both are too tired cz we just came back from JB for short trip and accidentally bump into them inside bugis junction. After that a bit regret because cannot find any pictures and much information on them from the website, their official website pictures were much outdated and so does their fb fan pages. Any advise from them?? Thanks.

Hi Rov. Yeah ... but I think need not worry too much because from other website review stating that they are ok just editing skill and album layout skills sucks. Congrates when are you going for your photo shoot?? Had you contacted them? I had contacted with their oversea sales representative named Emily - she replied my email within two days.
Just some advise that might want to share of. She gave me some standard photo shooting route for reference, where I kinda quickly found out that all route provide is limited to TAIPEI area, excluding tai chung and some other famous photo shooting spot. (eg: Alice Skies / England farm etc). I was quiet sharp by throwing back the query telling her, those route is only for the northen area, how about other areas? Like tai chung? Miao Li etc? Where she replied that if I want to take shoot at Tai Chung (eg: Skies of Alice), there will be additional transportation of NTD2000 on top of the standard transportion charges.
Then on the editing and photo layout part. I was like hinting her that cz my wedding is on next year, so roughly how long will the editing takes and how long will my album layout to be ready so that I can plan my travel time. And I did mentioned that I personally love the korea style wedding picture style with a more COLD tone. Where not to my expectations, she replied me that the package includes standard editing like remove eye bags, dark circles, slimming down certain body parts. Special effect to pictures like clean up existing building inside the pictures, adding special effect like vintage feel, blue tone etc will be additional charges. Further to that, they had standard album layout template, if not to follow and do own design will incured additional charge.
Which kinda deviate from what had been told, agreed and discussed. So I suggest we to ask more tougouroughly to avoid surprises. At least we are ready and prepare some budget for that. I guess.

Thanks for sharing so much haha. I just email them to enquiry for their photo shoot ablum and the wedding grown for reference. Congrates to you too! Was quite worried about when i signed as there are not much information on forums and their website photo and grown is not as what i expected and is abit old fashion. They are good in selling and so friendly didn't expect that i will sign a package with them.

Yes. This is exactly what they told me too, they said I can go anywhere I want just pay the the entrance fees except for those REALLY out of the way places like Kenting (in tai nan), Kao Siong, eastern and western taiwan. Thats why I am more than surprise when emily replied me that there will be additional charge of 2000 is want to go tai chung. I study some review from other forums, some get charged, some didnt get charge.
I fully understand how you fees, I have that feeling too when I saw their online pics. However she ask me to gather some samples of the wedding photos that I like online (maybe from other bridal studios) and show to the photographer so he can take the same. -_-
Same goes to the make up artist. hmmmmmm ....... no further comments about that because during roadshow the girl tell me I can choose any photographer (including the top one) and any make up artist I like with NO additional charge. The thing is ... I cannot find who are those photographers are she referring to and there seems be no project references of each photographer and also make up artist. So I assummed their reply via email to me is, whichever photographer and make up artist doesnt matter, all the same as long u tell them what u want and like, they can do the same for u.
If you are refering softcopy of the pictures in CD Rom. I think is included. However, if you refer to those pictures make into slideshow / motion, think is not included. however they did show me their sample of 3D slides with photos, I don really like it so I think I didnt ask them to include that for me.

This is tough. They told me cannes had 17 years experience and the sales person who sold me is one of the photographer. Didn't know they dont have any portfilo to show us. -_-" But i managed to see few photo of their customer photo taking, not too bad. Cross finger! Meaning we have to do our own research. Hmmm.. Not very helpful. You can try to see Sophia Bridal Shop from Taiwan for reference www.sophiaritz.com their image and outfit quite nice! Abit regret. haha. But i believe is more expensive than cannes.
Sophia bridal is one of the "branded" bridal shop in taiwan. Many celebrities took their bridal photo there, ELLA from SHE bridal pic is from there as well, not so familiar with their price but maybe penny comes with quality??
Btw, if you want to look for more recent photo from cannes, I find out you can add them on FB. Not their FANS page, but their friend page.
