can HDB ownership can be transfer before MOP ?

Hi,
I would like to seek advice from those who has divorce and HDB law knowledge.

My husband and I have decided to divorce because of our difference. We are still friends and at good terms, and each of us found another relationship. However we are currently in a possession of a HDB flat and our MOP is next year.
Now my question:
Can me and another partner take over the ownership of the house before MOP ?
The house is currently under myself and my husband

Yes, you can. He can asks for a transfer of ownership to his current gf OR you can also request for ownership transfer to your current bf. Both are required to write in to HDB to request with both signature and also you can go to hdb.gov.sg and download the transfer request form.
