hi peeps,
my SO is a Malaysian working in sg , holding work permit. We are planning to get rom on July 2014 and I have some questions that I need to seek for proper advise.
1) Once we are done with our ROM , I am able to be his guarantor for applying SPR ?
2) What exactly does the "guarantor" means ? guarantee something , or witness?
3) Is the chances higher for me being his guarantor ?
