Banuquet dinner itinerary?

Hi going to engage a string quartet for banquet. Need to know a typical itinerary...eg when to show montage and give speech...

Do you show montage followed by gatecrash or separately?
Thought of getting them to start playing at 730 but mcees will be talking?

This was the timeline for our banquet - we managed to stick quite closely to it:

3.30pm: Arrive and check-in at hotel
4.00pm: Bridal make-up and hairstyling
5.00pm: Briefing by banquet manager with groom, coordinators and emcees
5.30pm: PG/VG to arrive
6.15pm:Reception helpers to arrive and set-up & AV check
7.00pm: Guests arrive, cocktail commences, prewedding photos montage played on continuous loop
7.15pm: Couple change to gown and suit
7.30pm: Guests ushered into ballroom
7.50pm: Standby for 1st march-in
8.00pm: Play childhood photos montage
8.15pm: 1st march-in entry
8.20pm: Cake-cutting session
8.30pm: Dinner commences & 1st dish presentation
9.00pm: Change to evening gown and suit (after 2nd course)
9.30pm: 2nd march-in entry
9.35pm: Morning express highlights video
9.40pm: Champagne pouring and toasting
9.50pm: Thank you speeches
10.00pm: Table-to-table photography
11.00pm: Farewell
