Any recomendations for Nubra?? ***

Hm... I think Triumph sells their own NuBra. The original NuBra can only be gotten from Sunshine Plaza and the pushcart at Suntec City as mentioned here.

Since both selling the same original NuBra, I guess the feedback should be around the same since the stock is from the same company.
 
I got mine from sunshine plaza and the original one. Your skin has to be completely dry and not sweating when you put it on. Try not to restick too many times. The first time i wasn't sure how to wear it and kept removing and re sticking then i realised it is not so sticky. Wash it and once dry it will be sticky again. Once you have put on press down with your palms and it should work.
 
Hey bluesapphire! So does it mean if I want to re-adjust then I remove slightly and put back, it will come off easily after that?

Anyway usually when I wear, my skin is already dry. So that's not the issue for me I guess.

Hi Kat, it is ok to adjust a little but not too many times. The lady at the shop will show you how to adjust and angle the paddings.
when you buy did she show you how to wear?
 
Yah. She did show me how to wear. I might try it again but better bring an extra strapless bra along this time. Hahaha!

But now I'm afraid that I sweat then it will slip off easily. I remembered the first time I put it on, it lasted for few hours before the side of the NuBra started to come off. But the inside is still sticky so was fine. But usually 'cos the side started coming off, will become paranoid that it will fall soon. =\
 
I wore the featherlight nu-bra for my prewedding shoot, it doesnt hold up to perspiration. I have the same experience as Kat, the side adhesive seems to worn off fast. it was certainly scary.

lucky e gowns are all fitting, so e nubra still stay in place. think will get a extra pair for AD evening just in case, the adhesive goes off by morning.
 
flowerbride: Are you going to get a silicon NuBra instead? I'm wondering is it 'cos of the cloth NuBra that's not as soft to fit.
 
Flowerbride is right. If the gown is fitting it is ok. Sometimes the sides are a little off because of perspiration but the middle will still hold. If you are not having an outdoor photography it will be perfect.

im hving outdoor photoshoot, so like wat blue sapphire says, 'so long as nt outdoor it will b perfert'.. so if outdoor then wouldnt stick liao huh?? hw?? help...
 
aiyo CH, buy lah. You definitely need the right bra for your gown.The bridal shop ppl must have seen a lot of successful photography with nubra otherwise they will not ask u to buy right?
You can consider the silicon lite which is lighter and they are having discount now at the shop.
 
CH: Like what bluesapphire said, you can just buy the silicon one? And why not try asking the bridal shop what if the NuBra falls off and what can they do 'bout it? I mean I'm sure they have came by such cases before so I guess no worries.

i think it is quite sticky.
went for photoshoot in TW too. at first it did not stick at all. but my mua used double sided tape to tape it at the sides and below. had to take out the double sided tape eventually due to the gowns not covering some parts. and after the whole day i had to rip them off. washed with the cleanser from the shop (its only $12) and touched it when it was dry very sticky again! so i think it can be re used. yep i bought the original from Sunchine Plaza. Woman helped me fit (boobs got grabbed all over). lol
 
me to juz got it fm sunshine plaza.. the lady there also touch me.. sop sop..haha.. she's actually v good lah, she teaches me hw to wear lor.. at least hv a better understanding on hw to wear it lor.. hehe.. hvnt really try it by myself yet..hehe. .

OMG!! me try putting the Nubra on today.. the Nubra has v good adhesive.. bt.. got big prob.. I duno hw to wear it nicely.. sop sop.. is so diff fm the time the auntie at sunshine plaza help me to put it on lor.. haiz.. it juz looks loop sided.. sop sop.. tried many times, then end up, give up, dun wear liao.. haiz.. any1 has the same experience?? hw to wear them nicely??
 
hmm... ur mua will know how to help you put it on. anyway i got a featherlite bra if anyone is interested. never worn before. dun need it cause i like my silicon one if anyone is interested can mail me [email protected] oringinal NuBra brand bought from Sunshine plaza

BS told me to get for PS...and I bought mine from Triumph. But on the day for PS, MUA say not necessary @ all and she use masking tape on me >.< kinda pain when I remove it at the end of the day.
The thing is still in the box...

for me, im gng taiwan for photoshoot, and the BS says nid to bring Nubra along.. so i juz bought it lor.. thought is nt tat though to put it on lor, bt im WRONG.. sop sop.. hving so much prob.. both side like nt balance after i wear it.. omg..!!
 
Hey girls,

I bought mine silicone bra from my BS Graceful Image for ROM.... It cost $28 only and it holds well. It's call 'Free Bra', not 'Nubra'. Don't mind the brand as long as it sticks well.

hmm...from my gf feedback, the freebra will loosen it's grip when she start to sweat in it lor...not drop off suddenly tho....personally i bought 1 from metro early last year (think is u-me brand with fabric cup n crystal) but it didn't stay on well n will slowly peel away when i start to sweat so the cleavage also slowly disappear lor but i was wearing a tight top so at least prevent it from dropping off even if it come loose. But i felt uneasy...kept having go toilet n press it down lor. Just saw the u-me bra in metro last week, think they clearing stock now cos only less than 15 bucks! am so much happier with the original nubra tho i regreted wasting some $$ earlier.

I just got a nubra at sunshine plaza for $68 (the most basic model). not bad.. I tried using it wearing a tube dress the next day, held up quite well!
 
i got my nubra for $99.. + the cleaning solution.. also at sunshine plaza.. tried wearing it once, bt i duno hw to wear,despite the auntie teaching me.. haha..

still nid to try n master it..haha..
 
the auntie fm the shop recomend me the special solution juz to wash nubra... is a little pink bottle.. they says this solution is good, n better than norm soup, coz this will bring the stickness bk to the orignal stickness form..

For those who like a little more meat on the "bottom", NuBra Suntec has Buttom Up, padded panties.....cool with jeans and pants.

I bought the featherlite nubra n wore twice n is stickly enough for the whole day even though I sweat...but I realise after bathing n the next day my breast area will feel
itchy...Do u all experience this?

Nubra is a brand's name. There is one made of silicon and some made of fabric called featherlite. These are stick on bras. I suggest you visit their website to read all about it
 
I tried NUBRA featherlite its made of fabric and its awesome!! it sticks real well and i have been wearing the same one i bought for 6 months already hehehe i bought it at delfi orchard nubra shop, $69 leh =( But i heard from my friend that they will be having a 50% discount on www.gorgeousdeal.sg its like a deal site, so its just $34.50 at www.gorgeousdeal.sg!!!!!! i'm so going to grab it hehe =)

I would recommend you to get the good quality ones after all you wont want it to fall off during your engagement rite? LOL more over it could last for very long! u just have to wash it and stick the plastic back properly. Its more worth it to get something of good quality to get the assurance! It wont fail you! somemore its selling at $34.50 only! worth to grab and give it a try!
