Annulment or Divorce?

Thanks everyone.
He has agreed to divorce, i dont know if he really means it, but he said it in front of my parent and his dad. So i guess i can take his words for it.

Currently looking for lawyers to do up the DOS first, as need separation of 3 years.
Sigh.
I dont even mind not to get any alimony or maintainence from him as long as i can get FULL custody of my bb and not give him any access rights.
Anyway i do not even want to put his name in my bb's birth cert.
Anyone aware if i can do that?

Heard from ppl that its hard to annul a marriage in singapore unless on the following grounds?

For point 5 can't e party sue us for adultry?

1)Non-consummation owing to incapacity
2)Non-consummation owing to wilful refusal
3)Lack of consent
4)Mental illness rendering the person unfit for marriage
5)Respondent pregnant by another man
6)Respondent suffering from Communicable Venereal Disease prior to marriage
