This is interesting.
I had my wedding dinner at the Jewel Box last year. Even though our experience with the coordinator wasn't as smooth as what it should hv been, my husband and I still went ahead *hoping* the actual nite would turn out fine. Well, as expected - it didn't.
The only nice thing about there was the view. Other things like food, setting and service were pretty horrendous (will spare the details).
Anyway, we wrote them a letter with our feedback and got an apologetic reply that "they will investigate and improve". Of cos we didn't get any "findings report" after that. Instead we got a S$50 voucher, which in our opinion, was rather insulting.
So I guess from other users' postings that nothing's changed, they still have lots to improve on. I am so glad I made the right choice right at the beginning to take out the "Anniversary" perk from their package.
Lastly, I hope I won't get into trouble saying this, but Altivo wasn't like that when they started! If you know which organisation took over the Group you might understand why the change in attitude.
