Advice Needed!! Rides on Others' Thread

Dear moderators,

May I ask if it is apporiate to ride on other ppl's thread so frequent?

There is this member, who had been posting her sales on other ppl's thread very very frequent, despite everybody's unhappiness & sarcastic remarks. She will repeat her msg for her sales once or twice despite we tell her off.

Moderators, may i know if there is any other ways to stop her from doing so? To me, she seems to be kind of irritating to us.
