Adding Spreadsheet

Hi Chin Leng,

Can i check with you , if we wan to add those excel spreadsheet to our post.. how do we do that? And if we wan to edit over and over again .. izzit possible?

Hi Snoozy,

Just use the tag \attach{text description} and post. When you submit after your preview of the message, the system will prompt you to upload the file. However, once the file is uploaded, it resides in our server so I don't think you can edit it anymore.

Alternatively, you may like to try http://spreadsheets.google.com , multiple users can edit the document simultaneously and it is resided online. Under the "Collaborate" tab, just add the email addresses of users who can edit the document as collaborators. You can allow the document to be viewed by everyone by choosing the option "Allow anyone to view" and publishing it online. You can also restrict the spreadsheet by adding specific email addresses as viewers (no editing privilege) only.

I seem not able to add the excel file to my post that everyone is visible without downloading it.
