- Scarlet Hotel - Great Service ( i went over there ytd nite, can hold a small function of 30 ppl at their open air rstnt overlooking all the chinatwon shop houses) - 5 Star Boutique Hotel

Hi, I just had my ROM/dinner at a restaurant call Dim Joy, it's one of those shophouses along Neil Road.

The ROM was a simple and cosy affair for immediate family and close friends as I had the whole place to myself. Dim Sum was great, the service was prompt and friendly.

I am going to hold my ROM and buffet dinner at the marina barrage in October 2009. I was instantly attracted to its serenity and spectacular view in the evening. The lady in charge was nice enough to keep my HTB and I accompanied so I could get to view the place in two different timings cause I was deciding between a hi-tea or dinner. Apart from that, the price quoted wasnt as bad as I thought. So ladies, you might want to consider this place for a romantic feel. =)
