there's one dog, dunno is called bumply (wrong spelling)..whenever it got off the car n close the door, the car will just fall apart..den it will giggle n giggle....anyone know tat??
 
Scooby Doo is ok la when I was much younger. Together with other cartoons like the Wuzzles (sp?), Atom Ant, Jabber Jaws, The Jetsons... Still prefer cartoons w lotsa tech and gadgets...

Cactus, think you're much younger than ah siao.. hahaha.. ah siao, at least RaRa din call u jiji leh.. kekeke..

ah siao, issit Precious Pupp? He's the only dog I know that giggles...

I dun really like Care Bears.. I only prefer Grumpy bear of the lot.. Sorry I cannot appreciate girlie things.. haha.. I grew up with a collection of Hot Wheels and Mask toys before getting my 1st Barbie at 12. But I still prefer to play w my cousin's transformers and zoids :P

Wanker is good... but also partially cos he watched most of the current crop of french stars grow up... these guys were actually at Monaco abt 8-9yrs back during the John Collins era... Henry, Trezeguet... i like Wanker. current team age average is below 25... must give them time lah... dun forget they dun spend alot... Wanker made more money selling players than buying them.

oh my gosh... how time flies yah... it's like, just yesterday that I thought I was watching cartoons!!! It's soo long ago! My husband was watching batman and spiderman over the weekend in bed.... reminiscing his childhood.
 
Salsa I also din like Barbie dolls but my relatives started buying for me cos I had too many cars liao.. haha.. OK I did have a big collecton of Strawberry Shortcake too. If only I still have them today..can sell and make lotsa money.. hehe.. My hb has a mint collection of Mask toys but dun think he wants to sell.

Yes Laundry, you shld... the only way to deal w dumb bosses is to make them like you. It works. When these dumb bosses like you, you can do anything and they will be too dumb to say no or take any action against u. But I'm sure u have better character than that ;)

BTW, I used to think that DB was a hunk.. until I heard him speak... omg.... his voice is so guniang...
 
Im' having a bad headache and feeling dizzy from the stupid fire alarm.. it's been going on and going on.... the only time it goes off is when annoucements are made over the PA system. I should have left the office earlier.
 
Eh laundry, don't take work too seriously. It's not your aim in life. When you start thinking like that, you become happier - with or without dumb bosses.
 
Me brainwashed by gahment liao leh. The last venture back into pte sector ended with disastrous consequences. Me Chicken Little. But G~gal, u're pretty accurate. Gotta make her like me. Which means gotta agree with her dumb decisions. Difficult leh. I look constipated whenever she talks.
 
It's ok la.. I used to have dumb bimbo colleagues like that (less encounter w dumb bosses). Whenever she talks, my internal radio switches on and I'm in lala land.. hahaha.. Dun have to be a sycophant la, but just smile and nod lor. Dun need much effort and it works

Just go along with dumb decisions lah. try to take it easy. If boss says so, then we do so loh. what to do?! We don't need to like them or even agree with them. just go along with them.

there is still Walcott.

It isn't Wenger's fault the local boys mostly either cannot make it or ran away like Asley Cole. With ageing and retiring/retired players like Sol Campbell & David Seaman, he just have to find replacements for them. To be fair, he did look within the local market. What a flop Jeffers proved to be for the gunners. Really bad buys as compared to the foreign talent like Robin Van Persie, Hleb, Rosicky, Flamini, Gallas and Fabregas. Currently, Baptista is the only import that hasn't shown much other than his hattrick against the fools at Anfield.

Anyway, football is an international sport. With foreigners owning Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea. Lately, gunners are next to be targetted. So, why the need to have a English team at all? The international pool is surely good for the sport.

although I understand your concerns over the England squad, but it isn't a problem for the club nor the manager.

A manager should never base his selection on the passports of its players in the 1st place. Despite having so many England talents all these yrs, frankly, England has quite consistantly underperform as a team. If u think back, there are plenty of disappointments we can think of. E.g. how they lost to France in Euro2004 with just extra time to go at a 1-0 winning scoreline. Something similar to what Man U did to Munich.

I think club managers should think of the best interest of the club and not let national interest conflict with their selection policies. It is clear to me, their roles are club managers and not national squat managers. Glooming home talents is more of the responsiblity of the England manager and not individual english clubs.
 
wat u said is not wrong..wenger said tat b4 n i dun disagree w him..afterall its the clubs tat pay the player wages n whoever they get as players should not based on nationality, race or religion.it all based on their capabilites..

but looking at the broader side, if clubs hire many more oversea players than local players, the national team will suffer a lot..

heard fifa wanna do something to it..wonder will it ever materialise

I've nothing against the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool fans... recently professed Chelsea fans (after the arrival of Roman Imagaymofovic) are an exception.
