What's your prediction for tonight? Milan had a really poor performance against Munich when they played at home. I favour a home win for Munich tonight. They show the determination and most importantly, the away goals surely gives them the advantage too.
 
i took 4-0 for Man U yday, but they 'over-scored', else would have won some extra dough... keke

tonite pretty sure it'll be Bayern 1-2 Milan, then maybe Liverpool 2-0 PSV...
 
same here... but i no feeling leh... something tells me it'll be easier if we meet bayern than milan even cos i dun think milan is hitting form yet.
 
You are not alone, G-gal. I can't understand football, even though I've tried. Perhaps I've not tried hard enough... hehe. Husband is not football fan.

i'd rather go to the dentist than watch korean drama serials... keke

The only sports I used to watch was NBA and gymnastics and hockey in Olympics. Hb doesn't watch football except World Cup la, but he used to play a lot of sports.
 
I hate dentists.... eternal fear of them!!

I like to watch swimming, gymnastics and diving. I was quite a fan of swimming and gymastics during my schooling years but I'm hardly atheletic!

I was supposed to have learnt soccer in sec school and JC.. but caught no ball, dun mind the pun. I remember thi sincident where a friend kicked a ball to me, but instead it bounced off the grass and hit my specs which caused a cut near my eye... it freaked me out totally!
 
I used to get hit by basketballs and volleyballs too and I have a fear of fracturing my fingers. But it didn't stop me from playing... I like all ball games except table tennis and squash... Prefer to play in more open spaces.

I opted to be in the team. After the 2nd training, I wanna to be out. I was the only gal in my grp of frens to choose tat. Not even my guy frens chose soccer. And the training was so tough. Ran up and down and around the school building for so many times... :P
 
Netball is one of my fav sports! Dun like to play volleyball but like to watch the others playing it....

and I love watching my school guys playing waterpolo

Oh ya.. the waterpolo guys are hot hot hot... hehe... only saw them in uni la. The hot guys in my jc were in football and volleyball though. That's why we always go and support during matches!! Keke... We loved match days, cos means it's half day off in school and we get to beo the guys/gals from the other school we're playing against too.

Salsa, hockey training was like that also ah... we also had to run up and down the school building as part of circuit training and run round the field too. And that's only warm up lor.
 
It didn't hurt that bad, it was a very small and shallow cut near my eye. My specs were bent quite badly though but I was thankful I wasn't wearing contact lenses then cos the ball would have certainly hit my eye socket area and could have caused me to lose my sight.

I like netball too! But I'm rather short and can't run fast for a long time.. so never play center or GK or GS. I'm rather unfit!
 
I dun like netball v much.. machiam basketball but no freedom to move :P My relatives always asked why I chose hockey instead of netball cos they thought netball was more ladylike :P I just said I preferred not to wear a skirt when playing ball games!! Besides, it was cool to have a hockey stick of my own... keke..
 
waterpolo guys are hot in my sec school...and I always go and support them during matches! cheered till I lost my voice. But it is worth it, esp. when we beat ACS guys. hahaha...

I usually play WA or WD....I cant play GA or GS coz I cannot shoot well lah!

hehe! Salsa- I thought you'd volunteer to be the "timer" during swimming meets so you can get really close to the swimmers... or only the water polo guys are hot and not the swimmers ah?
 
of course! I just stood there...enjoyed my iced milo and watched my crush played tough in the pool....

in fact, I 'assigned myself' to be in charge of the drinks for all school events *yeah*
 
no leh...such lobang never come to me.....I can only decide what I want to be in charge of during those school events....so drinks corner will be the good choice :D

swimmers are hot too...in fact, they are also in the water polo team arhh.....

sperm-bro, i just hope they can keep up the performance... basically i just dun wanna see chelsea or liverpool win... and before last nite, i didn't feel Man U shuld... was actually rooting for Valencia... they shuld have won CL few years back. too bad they out.
 
sperm brudder, dun remind me about bloody chelsea..how many games in this season had they been lucky to score the winning goals in injury time or last min?..they're damn lucky man!!!..

i was joking w my fren tat who know chelsea n man utd wil face off in epl title, fa cup final n cl final..if we lost all, fergie will have heart attack n die...if we win all, the special one will curse n swear from A to Z n den kanna sacked by AB..keke
 
well MU was abit lucky against Pool too... but all these 1-0 type victories really make me sick in the stomach... if there's no MU, i'd support Arsenal... they play beautiful soccer... for us spectators, we wanna enjoy the game... not just see who wins it.

prefer to see a MU vs Liverpool final...

anyway, in case anyone may be interested, Casa Merah, just opposite Tenan Merah MRT station is launching this Friday. I was engaged in a thread with another forummer who had some enquires about this property. In my opinion, it's overpriced.

It's ok to admire other guys mah.. just like gals also like to beo other gals. I do that all the time and I even tell my hb if I spot a chiobu. And my hb will also tell me if he spots a guy that fits my "pattern". We know each others' taste v well ;)

I loved the cartoon too! How come they don't show these anymore.. thesedays only have batman, spiderman... sigh. I actually miss smurfs too.. and tom & jerry.
 
But I love Batman, Justice League, X-men, D&D, Mask, Transformers, Robotech and all the cartoons w cool gadgets!! Sesame St was ok, prefer Electric Company cos they have Spidey in it and 321 Contact

haha, I think we are all around the same age range? At most +5/-5 years?!

To be honest, I like Captain Planet too...hee. some think it's quite corny.

Anyway, IKEA is starting to charge for its plastic bags....... apparently in its attempt to save the environment.
 
wah siao. so extreme har. I'm gunners fan and hope they win every match too but I don't hate Man U or other clubs. Especially when they play good consistant football this season. Chelsea is an exception. I never like a team where money players like Asley Cole and Michael Ballack come rushing in. Players that show no loyalty but only greed and ungratefulness. Talking badly of their former clubs. Then there are weird fagot style footballers like Ruben that are always so irritating after scoring a goal. To be fair, John Terry and Frank Lampard are exceptional characters in Chelsea. Their behaviour on the pitch are exemplary.

Chances of an England final for Champions league is high.
