actually guys... i think Al's having a hard time.
if u look at it in Realtime, from the time he posted until now... most pple are unable to react THAT Fast... let alone absorb fast enough to understand... and as he share his thoughts (his confused misaligned thoughts) more and more, he gets hit more and more... if we look at ourselves in those states of confusion... we couldn't react that fast either.
i'm not appealing for the man, i think he might or might not make the right decision... but i think clarity of mind is required, and that will always require Time.
problems with posts like these are that they rake up some very personal feelings from our personal experiences, and we might inadvertently flavour our posts heavily towards our experience, which is pretty natural, even for me... my gist here is - Realtime problem solving requires absorption... time to think. it is afterall a decision that will heavily impact several lives... as clueless as he may seem, i'm sure we can tell he's struggling between morals, ethics, love and future. being wrong is one thing, being responsibly wrong, or realising u are wrong... are different stages that may take time to see clearly - in this position. those of us struggling between 2 girls/guys will know it's not easy to make that choice. some will choose Right, some will choose Heart... if only Heart & Right are the same Person.
why i post here is becos that thread is too messy with too many pple wanting to say their piece to the point of possibly wanting to see an ending. most are championing the wife... but have we ever thought that his Wife will find a Better happiness without him? in fact it could be good riddance... if i take the side of the wife, i might just encourage him to release his wife from his blatant ignorance.
anyway just wanna share some thoughts in this thread. honestytrustfaith is the one who hit the nail on the head as to his current state... he's actually torn between freedom to choose again, and his own version of 'responsibility' to his wife. he's a kid who doesn't wanna give up his toy, yet wants to see and play other toys...
