A no-no to eat after eight?

My slimming doctor n consultant advised me: no skipping of 3 meals and eat with right food with nutrition . Trynot to delay dinner and do not eat within the 4 hrs before sleep

I have heard this too and I think it is because you burn off more calories during the day when you are awake and if you eat right before you go to sleep (which is 8pm for some people) the food is more likely to turn into fat because you are not burning it off as quickly.

I agreed with Zara....
The Right Diet + The Right Exercise + The Right Supplements = The Healthier we are.

After having gave birth to my 2nd baby boy, I put on way about 15kg.

I tried herbalife for 1-year and got slim down for 4kg but once I stopped I gained back 6kg until I met TRA, the 3-month weight management programme. I totally lost 8kg (6.1kg in FATS). Right now I already stopped for 4 months, no-rebounced.

e-mail me at <[email protected]> so that I can share more about TRA with you.

everyone says that eating after 6 makes you gain weight, but really your supposed to quit eating 3 hours before you go to bed, so you dont get fat. the 6 o'clock rule is great but for people like me that stay up until 4 am, it doesnt work all that well! and instead go with the 3 hours before bedtime!

6pm!?! this timing is only start to pack own stuff and prepare to leave office

Actually it got to depend on your body and your sleeping pattern, the best is never drag dinner time too long away from sleep.

My doctor friends are hesitant to take such diet pills as they are considered as drugs.

Generic Acomplia (Riomont) is an anorectic anti-obesity drug (causes a reduction in appetite) Generic Acomplia (Riomont) works by blocking receptors called cannabinoid-1 receptors: CB1. CB1 receptors can be found in the brain, fat tissue, liver, digestive system and muscles.

As these drugs work by blocking the receptors, there is an unknown possibility of permanently blocking our receptors. Some unknown side effects may occur only after few years or when we age.
With many unknown causes, my doctor friends advice not to take them if possible, there are many other healthier methods to lose weight.

Hi Jocelyn, TRA is indeed a better and healthy choice. I have doctor friends taking it too

Hi Nico,

Acomplia maybe suspended coz the health authority might find it unsafe tats y got suspended..sometimes dont mean now have no prob after taking it does not means that for rest of ur life wont hv any complication fm taking this drug.

TRA is approved by HSA which allows u to slim down w.o having to starve wif minimal excercise. most imptly it will reduce organ fat which such drugs like acomplia cant..y risk ur life yet eat something that cant reduce the organ fat(which shd nt b too much as it will cause heart attack, liver rupture) and not slimming down wif TRA?

Well, I noticed that my face will become very bloated (and round) the next day if I were to 'indulge' in instant noodle and Macdonald's meal. I am standing at 1.62, 48kg. So yeah, avoid these food if you can

Ya I agree when I eat late at night my weight increases. There was no such problem in the past. Now I try to eat before 7pm. I think Im ageing..

yah i like! i am a tea addict, i constantly buy all kinds of tea, although green tea and herbal tea are my favs! i rarely drink black tea.

If you are craving something sweet, try licorice tea or fruit tea.

If you are having water retention, fennel tea works so much better than the overhyped camomile tea
