Oh and we now have canvas prints. We just started carrying this product last week and is already a hit with many of our existing clients. I like the canvas prints because they're light, easy to hang and just give the images a beautiful texture.

For those who have inquired about video, our video team is currently available only when booked with our photography plans from anyone of our 3 photographers.

Our aim is to have a close co-ordination between photographers and video during the course of the wedding day.

This means the final presentation is a beautiful multimedia presentation which contains the beautiful quiet contemplation of photography with the excitement of movement and sound.

The latest featured wedding, Alaistair and Jen Yee's wedding was shot last year in London, and we're headed there again in May next year in case anyone wants a bridal shoot in London or Paris while we are there.

We will also be shooting a wedding in California in late June. For those who are interested, we will be able to shoot bridal sessions along the beautiful beaches and wineries of Northern California.

As a response to some FAQs, thought I would post some answers to the questions we get asked consistently.

How many hours do most couples book us for?

We find that the 6 or 8 hour plans cover 80% of all our couples. Generally a tea ceremony, a short ceremony followed by dinner would require about 6 hours of coverage. For couples with a church ceremony in addition to tea ceremony and dinner, the 8 hour plan is ideal.

Can we book video without photography?
While it is possible to book video alone, we generally encourage couples to book us for both photography and video. With the video and photography coming from the same company, we are better able to co ordinate our coverage to ensure we have multiple perspectives and not get in each others way. Our final product is a beautiful multimedia presentation that combines video with photography.

How far in advance should we book?
We generally encourage clients to start thinking about booking 6 to 8 months in advance.

We are on a limited budget for our wedding photography, are we still able to get photography from 39 East?
With 3 photographers in 39 East, we are able to cater to a much wider range of budgets. At the same time by keeping post production centralized, we are able to ensure that all our photography and products achieves the same high level of quality.

For clients who are having their wedding or wish to have a bridal shoot in the United states, we will also have a office set up in California by June 2009. For a shoot on the other side of the world, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

As 39 East Singapore currently has 3 photographers, each with varying rates, we do have quite a few coverage plans spanning a large budget range. Letting us know a little about your wedding plan would really assist us in ensuring the best plan for your needs. Thanks so much in advance.
