Hey Joyce, thanks so much. Luckily for me, my wedding really small, less than 40pax, in the backyard of my fiances parent's house in the States, so not much to prepare. But will kep everyone posted if we come across anything cool or interesting.

Dear Friends,

over the years, we've gotten requests from many couples to recommend nice wedding venues. Over the weekend, I just shot a wedding at One Rochester, and it turned out to be a really nice venue for a small intimate wedding.

The entire event was planned by Hannah of Heaven's Gifts, and I think she did such a great job with the details, the lighting, and just getting everything moving along.

Just wanted to write a quick posting to let everyone know that for couples who have been asking to see some of our associate photographer's latest works, Eng Hong has been posting some of his latest weddings on our blog at www.39voices.blogspot.com

Due to numerous requests, we have also decided to extend our digital artistry services to all couples, even if you wedding was not shot by 39 East. What is our digital artistry all about? It's really simple.

If you have a photo which you really love and want it to be interpreted for you in a different way for an enlargement etc, just let us know and we'll create a unique image from your original. Samples can be seen on our blog too.

Hey everyone, we currently have a fun little contest going on at our blog at www.39voices.blogspot.com
The contest is open to everyone, even if we're not shooting your wedding. All you need to do is to post under the comments section of our blog, in one or two paragraphs, what you're doing to make your wedding uniquely yours.

Couples with the most unique ideas will be sent a copy of the book "Offbeat Bride," a fun little book on how to make your wedding different. Closing date for entires is 15th Dec. Have fun posting guys.

For this coming year, we've got exciting plans at 39 East.

Eng Hong, who joined 39 East in 2007, has gotten off to a really good start and has shot quite a few weddings in the last few months.

With regards to our packages, Eng Hong has his own packages and I have my own, however we do have one package in which we are both shooting together. This package where we're both shooting together is perfect if you love the look of film and includes some really cool proof books.
