Only Michael Trio. Private jewelers are much cheaper than those branded ones out there, and can customise. So get some idea see if they have what we want or not

My AD is on 27/09/14 (Chinese mid autumn), signed up with Amara during their wedding show during april/may? (Cant recall)

Yes, its a lovely place, but very challenging to take photo there coz of the strong wind (so hairdo cannot be down) and strong sunlight.
I was so worried that i could not open my eyes coz of the strong sunlight.

But on the the day of shooting it was cloudy, photographer told us we were really lucky, coz many couple have problem opening their eyes for a good shot to be taken, or some bride insist to have princess hairdo and the hair fly all over the place during the shoot, so its a challenging job for photographer to take wedding shots there actually.

Its half a dream fulfilled coz only after the shoot we found out we were only entitled to the very basic album with a line in the center (computerised album where they cover the line cost $150 per page!) So the album is gonna be just the basic collage kinda setting, not those where one photo can span across two pages without a line in the center, so now im actually quite worried about the outcome of the album doh ):

Did not do enough research to find out about the types of album, i just thought we will get what we see at the wedding roadshows (do not know its called computer effect), its our fault for not clarifying on the album, so we just assume our package includes the album that we saw at the roadshow ):

BTB who has not signed bridal package please find out what kind of album you like and check properly what you will be getting before signing.

Maybe a lil' lagggggg, but I just got Blissful Brides magazine and thought the free wedding journal/organizer is quite helpful! Had intended to get a wedding organizer from kikki.k initially. Guess the free one will do just fine for now haha.

Yes!!! I felt the same!!! The worst was feline bridal. My SO was so pissed off by the guy whom literally pushed us in to sit and look at their album. Too much! ;(

I thinking to have korea style with the mixture of fun and romantic. i have also 4 locations for outdoor shoot hence 1 of the locations will be something green. like lala fields or somewhere have bigbig land of grass.....any suggestions?


My life is simple haha cant think of any sweet locations.
The place where we first met has revamped. Wisma + Old orchard mrt. Now already become ION. hahah

Zrhs, 4 locations for outdoor shoot is prettt gd.. im only offered 3 locations for outdoor shoot. I was given 4 sets of different gowns to choose and was thinking if i shoot request another one more location from them.. is this possible? any recommendation for popular outdoor shoot?

I sign more than a year back. Already had my PS done, albums collected le. Now only waiting for Oct 2015. I forgot who's my sales person name le, coz after signing, we liaised with the coordinator instead. Won't get to talk to the sales person we signed with during the fair (ours at Style Wedding fair).

ive jus signed up with french wedding for the AD package. .at bows over the weekends..
it was the 1st and only bs I went to... :X fingers crossed.. and hope they are good!!
I heard many of u mentioning z wedding.. but nt french wedding. .

I just signed up with yvonne creative bridal 2 days ago from the BOWS . After signing i went online to check their reviews. It was pretty bad . So im quite worried.

Wondering if the BTB here have any recent reviews ? =(

Ya ! Same . I'm teochew + hokkien . But my mil is teochew so she is telling me that i have to leave the house before the sun rise. So i was like Zzzz. Omg. if you were to leave the house early den you have to pay OT for MUA , PG, VG . OMggg. I see lots of $$$ flying .

Me too is teochew + hokkien.. correct me if im wrong... i thought only teochew bride den need to leave hse before sunrise? If u're a hokkien bride, u can jus go according to the time given by shifu..

i only signed up for prewed, without the AD. i was attended by Elly. she mentioned if i change my mind and want to include AD, i can top up the difference.

my only concern for not signing up AD is because i haven't seen their gowns in singapore. i m just afraid i couldn't find anything i like in singapore.

Mine is with AD.. heard that not much selection here, but since i already sign so jus make do with it..

I've already went for my photoshoot this apr.. =) alot of gown to choose frm... and the staff there are all very nice n helpful.. had a good experience with them...

thanks for sharing your experience! i heard many good reviews and thus i went ahead with bluebay, paid full amt too. i really hope they can provide gd svc like what they have promised.

i haven't decide which period to go for my shoot. Elly said feb / mar would be a good time if i want to take cherry blossoms and i haven't been to taiwan but my htb did, so i m really excited abt it.

If I don't want wedding favours , guest book and angbao boxes provided by hotel, wad other things can I barter for?

Maybe extra night stay / room? Or another barrel of beer? Mine cousin got a free table becos he don't want food tasting but not all hotels allows that becos I checked with mine and got rejected haha

Hey Adelqian thanks for ur reply! Sorry i can't ask for beer becus I'm holding a muslim banquet. That time when we do site recce, hotel already offer us 1 more complimentary night stay at hotel. I'm unsure where else I can bargain abit.. And this hotel we def need to taste taste the food

babe. don't think there is much you can trade for because hotels will say this is part of the package and there is nothing they can offer if you don't want it. but you can perhaps try to change it to canapes or candy bar during reception?

Hi I had asked before for the guest book, and they said it's complimentary. Even if you don't want, they will still have to give it to you. As for favours, it's not really a very big sum of money, maybe about $2 - $4/pax in that table. or maybe you can upgrade your menu to something better? Or another complimantary room for your relatives to stay in.

I was almost attacked but I kept saying "I've got everything. EVERYTHING. I'm just looking for videographer" and I got the goodie pack!! Told my SO to go again the next time so as to get their goodie pack. Hahahaha gian png.

YEA! i told them, I have booked everything so I'm not interested.... they continue niam and niam and niam...

the bf warn me not to sign up for such event again, if not he will "kill" me.... told me its a waste of his time...

the goodie bag, i tried out the "xi bin" pretty good!, I may even get from there since I have abit of teochew blood in me... :)

Ohhhh....I just ignore them and kept on walking. And when all fails, I told them I'm rushing off to NDP, which was true la. Hahahaha. They didn't really bug me when I told them I have everything le..

Have yet to try the xi bing! I kind of like that collagen drink though
