Oh yes. Speaking of photo album layout. I just started only and is only in initial stage. Major headache for my pws album!! )))):
For the no.of tables we took a rough estimate and invited slightly more guest just in case some couldn't come.

Oh yah one thing, if you girls have floral decorations and your banquet manager has given you the contacts, better to go asap. I realised that the booking of these deco is on a first-come-first-served basis. So long as you are the first couple of the day to book, all themes are open up to you. I booked last Fri and was the earliest, so I get to choose from all and not get limited.

Thanks for the tip. Is that to say that the hotel will not coordinate this for you?
The hotel will only provide you with a list of vendors they are partnering with, like door gifts, invitation cards and floral deco. We are to arrange for a time to meet up with the vendors itself.

Hi, for the invitation cards depending on hotels, mine gave me 70% (think is usual practice). So I chose to print more inserts in the case of wrong handwriting or last minute to replace any other guests and that additional inserts will cost us. Printing of the additional inserts will be directly to the vendor. It will be cheaper to print along with the first printing as it cost 20cents per insect (depending on your choice of paper) and if you did not print it this round, the next time you decide to come back is a flat charge of $40.00 below a minimum quantum. So if you ended up printing additional 20 more inserts, you will also have to pay $40, which is very wasteful.
And for anything you choose, they will offer you the "upgrading" option which is payable directly to the vendor instead. So unless you are looking into customizing a lot of things, or not, is pretty straightforward IMHO

Yah. I am also starting to feel the stress.. supposed to get my albums and everything else this week but they made so many mistakes.. so disappointed.

My bed frame wrong photos. And cuz my album cover is tempered glass there's a scratch on the cover!
Should make sure all ur things they promised to give will give.. 2 frames of mine went missing when i shud be getting total of 5.. den make sure the photos quality and colours wise all are as wad u discussed.. no scratches on the frames albums etc.
If got dvd slide presentation make sure the they dun lag.. and music sounds okay..

I forgotten to took a photo of the bedframe i choose , asked them to send me a photo of the bedframe wood but haven received. Not sure they will do it for me anot lol
Mine was in kl. Picaso. Had initial wonderful collaboration one. But now very disappointing kept mia.. lucky my fren stays in kl and works near the bs. She's the one who helped me check my stuffs one.
Oh no. I hope all the things will be resolved soon I am waiting for mine for printing and to be shipped over. Quite excited. But my friend's concept was very different from mine (she took in Taichung and me in Taipei), the BS straightaway let her see the layout instead of editing individual photos first. And the words and lyrics they used made no sense and when its the "korean feel", they put some korean words that has no meaning at all. My friend was quite pissed. My whole sales experience was quite horrifying but the phototaking session was a breeze and so much fun. But oh well, once in a lifetime..
