Not sure about Riverview..but Furama City Centre I personally feel the food is not nice...just had my D&D there ....Think Furama Riverfront is much much better.

visha--you should start bridal shopping. Go to those which you always seem to prefer in the bridal magazines. That is how I started mine.. In fact, I went to 6-7 to try out all the gowns before I finally decide. Have fun.

Looking for BS, AD PG and VG now. Do not intend to spend too much on BS so a comprehensive package is impt. Any recommendation and good ones with basic package ard 3.5k?

Me not gg for Bows since we have already booked most of our packages. As for Save the Date, me planning to send all by these 2 weeks, cos my AD falls on F1 finals. So need to send out early in case ppl dont know and go and buy the tickets.

Snow white: Intercontinental was one of my fav hotel too but when I went for viewing, i felt the coord wasnt very sincere so we did not consider them! But i still love their ballroom very very much!

LOL ixora, it was actually my mum who bugged me about GDL but I think it's because she just likes the pastries and cakes very much, and she's excited to receive them when the time is right haha!

shyoshya, those cakes look nice too! I like the mix of Westernised pastries like brownies...

windy, I visited the Furama City Centre wedding show last year and wasn't very impressed by their food. But agreed that their bridal suite is gorgeous! Love the tub especially. The hotel has a very good location though, may be worth considering.

Hi Wendy..Ya think many hotels are being book...No doubt 2009 ecnomy is not good but still many are getting married ke ke ..

Hmm is actually very up to individual..will have to depends which is more of a concern for u and your htb....cos I personally think as long is a suite and not a common room can liao cos at the end of the day we are so tired liao I sure knock out ke ke ..ke ke

Personally for me is service and food and the ballroom is what I more concern lo.....

u got to act fast...

Hmm Peaberry hee me also looking at te GDL lo...sigh finally is 2009 seems to be lost cos like dont know I should continue to prepare what...as I had already settle my PG and VG...now left for gown fitting...I also need to prepare for the Solemnisation...look for Solemniser....sigh...out of sudden so confused....

my AD on christmas lor. =P
i going to swissotel to pay $$ this eveing for the dinner. haha.... i cried when raffles hotel dun accept my booking....hahahaha

i not taking BS becos i am going to my own photography.... sorry i dun mean to be 'rude' or anything..... i dun like BS becos need to top up top up top up top up for anything..... esp the photos..... most of my friends go to bridal studio.... end up choose alot of pictures.... then end of the day... at least 8k to 10k.....
somemore pictures are rather common and typical singaporean wedding pictures.

my photoshoot alone is $4500..... but i get back all photos.....at least 800 high resoulation shoots.... of course edited one will be those that can be fitted into my coffee table album.... even if i top up for those big framed pictures.... should be around $5k plus.... but what i get is the best to my preference.

now headache gown....haha
