slowly do...settle ur venue first...then find a bridal studio / do a-la-carte...then slowly plan

Hilton taken too... actually, below those that I have asked and are taken...

Pan Pac, Ritz, Marina Mand, Mandarin Oriental, Marriott, Hyatt, Fullerton, Intercon, Conrad, Goodwood, Meritus, Merchant Court, Shangri-la.

Swissotel - i'm on waiting list but guest list have shrink so don't think can meet the min table even if we take the most exp menu...

Then left last hope on another ** hotel... but that's waiting for formal cancellation from another couple... the hotel seem to have a hard time to get the 'formal' cancellation.

Scare ppl fight with me if they know that this hotel is 'open'

WARNING ALL LADIES!

I have been a loyal customer of Body wellness for the past 4 years and I have repeatedly renewed my packages with them over the years too until recently when my current package is left with just a few sessions.
So what made a loyal customer so pissed with BW?
NEVER Trust what they promise you in the package even if they had written in black and white, Cos thats what they promised me 1 year ago when i signed my current package. The manager Lynn wrote in my package that I could switch from my current treatments into some other treatments, however, she eats her words when I wanted to convert my treatments recently and I am all fumed knowing that none of the promised is honoured.
So all BW customers, be careful with what they said they can do for you in the packages even if they write down in your file. It's all a tactic to push the packages to you.

Swissotel just got in touch and say I'll need to let them know the decision tomorrow. But it would be tough to push for 10 more tables, even if 8 a tables is just nice only.

Still waiting for the 'xxx' hotel to come back to me about the cancellation, that would be the most ideal - they allow 20-25 tables. The hotel is helping to find the 'groom' to sort the cancellation... so worried now. Haiz

no leh...concorde hotel is just next to Istana (Dhoby Ghaut MRT). Holiday inn park view is just next to CTE / Somerset MRT

My HTB don't quite like holiday inn... not into country club too. Next to Istana is Le Meriden right? Sorry ah, my sense of direction and location is terrible. Don't mind paying for more for the venue but ...

As for the "XXX"... I'm just being secretive in case some BTB are looking for venue too and 'chop' my one and only hotel... hehe... actually not big deal lar, it's Raffles Hotel. Hopefully can get it as I think this venue issue is going to make me loss my sleep.

We actually have another date but that's in Oct 2009, too rushed already.

"AAAhhhh...!!" Really hope to get it done this year but the ideal venue all taken.

Sorry for being a little troublesome, appreciate your suggestions and will let my HTB knows about them too.

Congrats on settling your venue. Must be a really big Phew for you.

We are only going for our gown selection in May and probably taking the PS in Jun/Jul. Usually the BS will need around 3months to get the PS album done up. So I guess you are still ok.

Frankly speaking, we haven't started on anything yet, except booking the PG.VG, BS and venue. Hee.. dunno we really slow or nothing much to do..

My catering manager managed to get us a slightly cheaper price and threw in 50 free ones. (Strange sounding I know but I dun really care le.) So we're waiting for another 150 cards.
