yes bella. i am currently. gotta wait for 2-3 yrs till my flat is build. so long...
my father in law is quite old le and a little hearing impairment. so seldom talk to him therefore no conflicts so far. but MIL... her way of talking i cannot take it. very what! rude. still remember vividly. at that time we werent ROM yet. son- mother quarrelled n he asked y did she talk to me so rudely... and she replied " why must i talk to her nicely? she is going to be my DIL anyway." wah piang... another time was "y bring so many clothes here? why dont you go home?" i told her" your son wants me to stay here with him" you see? obvious she is chasing me home... sad. somemore... " why bring so many shoes here? you think you open a shoe shop?" i told her ur son also the same what! she said he is different. because he stays here.... then am i not staying here? when she talks i felt that my heart is being stabbed with a fork. at first i told my hb about it, and sometimes i felt for him that he is in the middle. so now seldom tell him le. dont wanna give him stress.

then only she can watch the TV. i wanted to switch to another channel, she switched it back. no freedom... most of the time i'm in the room. i wanted to go hm to stay my hb wants me to stay here. everything she buys the cheapest. i'm not saying its bad but... ex. soap powder for washing clothes, she bought cheap brand and in the end i gotta use alot. because no foams when i wash it. then she compain that i use alot???
they have a washing machine at home, but not using it. i asked her whether i can use it to wash clothes. she scolded me and ask me to handwash. i've nv wash clothes in my own hm. but now i'm doing handwashing.
plus she use soap powder for washing plates too!
all her pots n pans are so old already. which some rust some blacken. i ask whether she wants to change it. she said no need. she've been using it so long its ok. (in a sacastic way). the room we are sleeping now filled with some of her things and my hb's primary sch till poly's books n other things. i ask her whether i can throw it away. as we are sleeping here for another 3 yrs or so. need to make it comfy. again kanna scolded. say dont touch her things! wah lau. the room really small loh. many useless things. really sometimes i wanna cry. u cannot imagine de.... we are sleeping on the floor with ti lam. the dbl deck bed so old liso dunno when is it going to collapse, dare not sleep on it. so now is filled with RUBBISh. upper deck is all his pri- poly books n some of his mother's things. old fan also dont wanna throw away. put in our room.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

for fittings, bring along people who can give you constructive criticism. some may like the gown but it may not look flattering on you, so get those that you trust and can tell you what looks good on you. if your hubby is the sui bian, anything kind, better dont bring along

I have a friend who is willing to take my AD DAY shots for me.

But she isn't confident with the night shots in the ballroom as she doesn't have that much attachments for her camera. So I'd have to find one to take night only.

A new bed isn't really necessary is it?

We have not got our apartment as yet and my MIL says that it would be a hassle if we buy a new bed and move it when we get our new home. ( Our rooms are on the 2nd floor ) I can't be bothered about the bed.. I can do without, But why is there a need to have a new bed? ^^

Hi All,

Some advise on house ID search that I would like to know from those who started doing their house.

Today went to start Expo for my ID reccee...

Was taken aback when the firm ask for $500 just to get to see the design based on my floor plan...

I did not pay as that was the first firm that i sat down to talk.

Is this normal ?

Was thinking how to compare the designs ?

How do you gals go about searching for your ID ?

hey bibikoh..
if you're having a banquet.. try to settle that first. cause that is the hardest thing to book. Following which you can look for a bridal package. If you need to book a church for service.. hmm... that has to come second then.

Oh...the $500 is for the 3D design that they are doing up based on the floor plan...

They say the $500 can be offset in the package later...but still not comfortable to pay without even seeing the space design layout yet...

The Expo thingy has got lots of firm, and ID scouting is very much worse than BS scouting, in my opinion..hahaha

I will now try to go for words of mouth which gives more assurance..at least someone has used it before...all the ID in Expo seems to be able to do whatever you want within your budget, which is one thing i find it hard to believe...
