Go Bali la... HTB and I have decided to go Bali in May/Jun to take our scuba diving course. Hehe. Or maybe Phuket... Haven't confirm.

Initially wanted to take the course at Maldives but in the end, thought it's too ex and might as well get the cert first then go there for leisure diving.

Then had wanted to go Hokkaido together if my family trip to Taiwan in May is canceled. But now that the family trip is canceled and not going Hokkaido either coz Yen super expensive nowadays...

lol...there's this little engraving beside the GIA serial lar...so i guess should be fine...Lee Hwa should not be selling fakes right? hahahaha...

purrine, yeah she was our coordinator too. dunno if there's more than one... my DH was quite pissed on the day itself coz we couldnt reach her at all and she didnt pick up her phone. she only turned up when everything has been settled to ask if they were ok (of coz ok already when you turn up at the end of everything). plus, many times she wasnt clear when telling us things. but her waiters were good, so we communicated to them and the captain our requests, and they settled it for us. dunno why we even needed her if thats the case.

the first few courses took quite long too, so we had to chase them, but subsequently not such a long wait between dishes. oh, make sure you get a friend to monitor the wine too. we ended up with 2 half bottles of red wine and 1 half bottle of white.. make sure they finish 1 bottle before they open a new one.

also, try not to rely too much on her lah on that day..

25 tables now sound like quite a tight squeeze.. will you use the private rooms? but if you use private rooms, your guests will feel so isolated! maybe you can see if they have a wedding for 25+ tables and go down just before the dinner to take a look and see hows the space like.

remind Eva not to lose that cert.. to recertify cost $150 bucks.. I asked before.

ya ... i was concerned abt guest being put in pte room ... but FH said he dun mind puttin his frenz in there instead .... i went to see the site already ... first impression of it is not bad ... kinda like tat place ... but dun really like rosie ... coz i've been doing quite a few site visits ... and so far ... the hotel coordinators are far more helpful ...

i tried askin her if i may move the tables abit so tat at least can fully utitise the space ... she said cannot ... all tables will b as they are ... @_@ ... she was nice in one thing thou ... tat is she spoke to her transport guy and asked them to go pick mi guests up fr our church, which is at kampong bahru, instead of harbourfront without top-ups ...

i asked abt GIA cert they told mi $80 i think...maybe it's USD... the SA cert i think easy to get...no serial number one...as long as got the SA engraving that's it...
