For weekends package on lunch and dinner
1)Is it true that you cant ask for free flow of beer?
2)Cockage fee wavie?
3)More car passes?
4)Bring yr own wine? yet has to pay cockage chrg of $25++
5)Buy wine direct from hotel, but must pay $28++

Me quite relaxed too... everything booked except VG...still thinking to ask friend take for us or get a pro videographer.

Outstanding stuff to settle:
1) Arrange parents meeting session (a bit late as we have already booked banquet and ROM, guess it just a formality)
2) GDL (not sure when to do this leh, anyone can advise?)
3) Guest list
4) Taiwan PS in May
5) AD gown fitting in Sep
6) Confirm jiemeis and MC

That's all I can think for now...guess will do them after I come back from our PS...will not be too late right?

Kennis: Yupz...Me oso sign for their photography.. I saw my fren's album..It was so beautiful!! Exactly the style I want... But the photographer that shoots the album not around anymore..So sad loh..when I sign she still there... i am going for chinese tui na for slimmin. More like to improve blood circulation + remove those not so good 'qi'. I don't know how to explain but some people are 'xu pang' like body built up a lot of toxic and qi. the massage like help u to 'flatten' it.

but i am fat in nature lah. hahahaha

my massager say i got slim down a bit. hubby also say tummy got smaller a bit, that is after 5-6 times of massage but it's damn painful loh

i am skipping dinner totally now until Oct (but i do pamper myself occasionally. if i have to eat dinner, i will skip lunch) and doing skipping everyday for at least 1/2 hr.

Other than fixing my dinner venue and bridal, i have not start doing anything yet.

3)More car passes? >> u can nego for this closer to the date of wedding. What i understand from my frens is that they ask for about 20-30% of carpark coupons for their guests.

4)Bring yr own wine? yet has to pay cockage chrg of $25++ >> see question 2. for some hotels who provide like corkage waiver of 1 bottle per table, e.g. if u have 30 tables, corkage will be charged from the 31st bottle onwards

5)Buy wine direct from hotel, but must pay $28++ >> errm $28+++ is referring to the wine price or the corkage? Usually when u buy wine from the hotel, u will need to pay both the wine price and corkage.

Yups no prob, I paid ard $227 for 18 boxes of 8 cupcakes. Quite gd value for money huh?

Oh and I discussed with my hubby over the weekend, and we decided not to print mass booklets. U may not believe it but we have 500 people coming for our church wedding! my in-law's guests make up abt half.. anyway this means that printing costs for the mass booklets will hit the roof.. and we surveyed that pple won't take home the books anyway, will be too painful to see them all thrown away at the end. So we've decided to go with projection slides instead. Will get my same friend to design for me.

So will put in the $$ saved here into the costs for printing invite cards.. really can't believe how expensive it is.. cos i have many different sets of pple coming for lunch or dinner or lunch &amp; dinner.. and the cheaper inserts at the printers i've seen so far really look quite bad quality.. One super nice design at one printer i saw, cost abt $1.50 one postcard type invite. now doing calculations to see which is the most economical way... hope to get them settled for printing by this coming Sat.
