i went for my first fitting of WG last sat.. i was so amazed when i saw my own gown..although it's only half done but it's already very beautiful.. hee.. the EG got to wait for the second fitting at the end of apr then can view it.. can't wait!

when is ur fitting juski22? my photoshoot is in may so got to do fittings now.. hee.. yup mine is MTM.. next week second fitting... still got the final fitting during first week of may.. so fun!!

mine also just a sketch on the paper.. turns out it's more grand and beautiful when i saw the actual gown.. i actually got a shock when i saw how big my gown is haa.. cos mine is ballgown..hee..

Gal u went to which BS? anyway urs is the first fitting right? if got any problems still can amend..so don't over stress yourself ya.. must trust ur designer..

haa.. i never watch enchanted leh...my train is very long..and the gown is super heavy.. i wonder how am i going to carry it... :P luv my gown so much that i feel like buying the gown liao..a bit sad i got to return after my wedding... but if i buy also waste of money..haa.. but EG i got to keep though hee..

erm, essex walk shoes can be equally pricey like Leaping Lizards or even more ex...but if u r crazy abt diamantes or little diamonds and crystals...tat's the place for u...i practically went googoo gaga in there...couldn't make up my mind...

Lalaa, dun fret...u can always tailor make shoes...if u have budget, u can always try other shoe shops..even shops like heatwave does do special tailoring of shoes if u ask

princess xue - this is the wedding part. we haven't got our house yet. so whatever we can do now for the wedding, we try to settle soon. then can devote our time and energy for house hunting.

we haven't got our wedding bands too. so still have a few major items outstanding.
 
grace, i luv diamantes too... what is their price range? leaping lizard quote me $200-$300 for a pair that doesn't have much diamantes.. my goodness..

for me very troublesome.. need to get a black strappy diamantes 3.5 to 4 inches heels..
 
ya and the designs and quality are not that fantastic also for a $200 to $300 heels.. the most i'm willing to spend on a pair of diamantes heels is below $150.. maybe up to $200 if it's really nice and comfy.. but not anything more loh..

i got my silver heels from Anna Nucci, after adding the diamante dangling strap still $100 plus only.. but there are not much variety over there.. esp for black heels.. so now headache..
 
meow, my give is, if u have tat kind of budget or even higher, take Essex Walk....i've seen Leaping Lizards...no offence to anyone who took frm them...Essex Walk has alot of bling blings tat isn't too cheapie looking or anything...but yet, super classy n definitely will stand out...

however, many will beg to differ to pay such a price just for shoes...

to be v honest, one of the cheapest prices u can find in essex walk would be ard S$250 at least...they also do tailor-making of shoes...

perhaps when i have the time, i'll take pics of my shoes frm essex walk n show u...so u'll noe wat i mean...it was pretty heartpain to pay tat kind of $$ but then, when i wore the shoes, frds n sis said they look so beautiful...even hb who noes nuts abt shoes gave such a silly smile...tat was a confirmation tat i bought the right pair

I won't spend so much on a pair of shoes too, esp one that I'm probably wearing once only. My friend recommended at shop at Bugis, forgot the name already. I'll check again and let you gals know. It's pretty and affordable.
