JoyJoy: Yup! Mine's very near the punggol mall (Itz very very small. kekeke). Can't rem which LRT station it is, but my block's very near. I got it via walk-in selection. Heh heh. but haven do up the place yet. Any contractors to recomend?

moving in after the AD?? haven start on the contractor search hence nt able to recommend any..
small flats are small, but at least it is our own love nest! no matter how small, i m sure u juz appreciate it!!
heard that my flat is now in the piling stage, guess within 2 yrs will b ready.. so much to look forward to for the upcoming years..

He just spent 1k on his car.. change Tyre.
Then yesterday still tell me want to change carbon fibre bonet.
I declined the request.
Then he reason with me. Change tyre is for safety. Change bonet is for beauty!.
I complain to my colleagues.. then they suggest that I tell edward. I can change Husband anot.. hehe..

Psy, coz I follow local market. So I'll only be piled up with work AFTER the market closes at 5.30pm? But now I can't use my system (some stupid nonsense from my IT ppl...) so I'll have to wait til 6pm then I know exactly how early I can go back.
My normal knock off timing is ard 7-7.30pm. When market is good or I covering HK market, I can go home as late as 10+. But it isn't as bad as my previous job where I off work at 11pm+ daily.

So die die have to wait till the car 5 yrs old. Plus.. His company give better transport allowance for car 5 yrs and below. For cars 5 yrs and above, the car allowance is lower..

wah Janice, good leh. At least ur hubby got transport allowance lor. No lar, what I meant was, totally sell off the car and change to public transport! Take taxi also cheaper than maintaining a car in Singapore.
Psy, no, the stupid thing is I start same time as others. In fact, sometimes I can come office at 815. Coz morning got other stuff to do. That's y last time I say my job got daily peak and off-peak.
