wht i meant was for weekend package, there is a min of 32 (oni for fri, sun or PH) & 35 (sat or eve of PH) tables to b met.. but s u mentioned above, u need oni 20-25tables

unless u dun mind the super small room (Malacca Room/Bugis Vault), which has a min 8 tables.. not sure if they can squeeze in 20-25 tables for u anot

FYI, 4 seasons in the hotel industry is considered a 6 star hotel

HL, your numbers for tables is pretty small, u may have to look at other hotels instead, or u can try Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Pan Pacific, Mandarin, Grand Plaza Park Royal, Carlton etc. Coz when i 1st starting searching, these are the hotels who can accomodate my numbers too

how do we arrange the VIP tables? there wld be 2 right? sometold me one wld be for the groom where the wedding couple will be seated, and another table is for the brides. however i was wondering if it's possible to have the elders and parents on both side on one wif the wedding couples and then the others are for the respective siblings. what ya think??

wp, the VIP tables arrangement I think it's up to your personal preferences. Personally, I would also arranged it that way. But some couples might feel that put both sides' siblings on one table very awkward...
