Junie> Julia gave me 28 poses i think.. think i thot so little.. hahah coz i am the type who like to keep alot of pictures one... and i think will be quite bored if the album only got a few pages... so i just ask julia how much she charge if i say i wan to top up upfront lor...
so Julia say if i top up 30 photos upfront she gives me 2 extra poses + at a cheaper price lor...
since my hubby oso like Sam's photography style.. and he likes the photos we see very much so he say if you wan then we just top up lor...
but tt time its we agree not to have VG so he say since we dun have VG so we spend abit more on PS photos lor..
but now i go back on my words and say wan VG.. oopss but no choice liao since already booked the photos leh...

My HB & I are quite determined not to top-up. But my HB said if photos turned out well, then maybe top-up, haha.
We were only given abt 26 poses leh. So I told my HB, couple shots choose 10 pics, mine solo one choose 10 and his solo 6. But my HB said, for him solo only need 2 *LOL*

for me i am ok with the photos lar..told u gals before i look the same same...my frens also commented that. so i feel since i only dressed up differently only...so no motivation to top up at all.

I am so jealous...I got 2 friends (one just got married in April, another one still bf/gf). They balloted for the Jalan Membina WIS flat recently..and both got it.
But expensive lah..so they only ballot for the 4rm flat unit.

junie, my classmate's cousin ballots and got a unit there also.. $277k for 4rm. coz their CPF not alot, end up one mth the loan repayment is $1.6k. i koe the location is good but i would rather get a bigger unit in those suburb areas.

my monthly loan repayment combined is only abt 700 coz we took 30 years.. wan to have some balance left in CPf.. oso.. .somemore can make lump sum payment still not so bad rite.. haha

aGNes >> ours replayment is $800 for 25 yrs. We will shorten it to 20 or even 15 years in future. $600 plus k is really something for a hdb flat..we saw a $600+k 4rm brand new condo (not those 99 yrs those type) at pasir ris which is bigger then the size of a new 5 room flat.
my loan repayment is $840 for 30yrs.. b4 the HDB deducted the $$, we park away $15k for rainy days.

my repayment period is 20yrs for $700+ per month.
my HB & I also intend to shorten the loan when possible. Luckily, we still have some $$ parked in CPF investment.
a lot of pple also asked me & my HB why dun buy condo. Actually, i wld rather have more disposable income then to laden myself with "debts" lor, hehee.

I just got my storeroom room - 4 tier at $49, but it is plastic one..if u dun mind the pattern and design lah..grey colour..normal..no design lah..and it can handles up to 280kg..yeah!
Btw just now i went to centrepoint wanting to buy quilt from aussino, but they dun have queen size liao...promotion set lah..only $19.90 for all sizes..even PS also dun have..heng the SA v good..help me call to chk w paragon..they have alot..later after work i must faster go and buy that and the bedsheet and rush home before the winkplay man come..

Oh...btw, the price of property are on the increase side now....my bro bought a HUDC at hougang ave 2...near agnes' place..abt 6 mths ago..he pay only $360k
i agree the price is increase coz the price of an EA unit (also on 3rd floor) over at my new place next blk is now selling at $297.3k. last yr it was oni $284.6k which was same as my unit. it's a $12.7k increase over 7mths time.
i also realised the next door unit is 1sqm bigger and the price difference is abt $9.5k!! OMG!!
it used be $1k difference between 2nd n 3rd floor unit, now is $2.9k.

Oh ya, time flies, we are meeting soon, haha.. cant wait for this day to come and visit piglet's hm. Maybe i can buy back some carrot cake which i mention the other day, haha
