i mean as in oil bubbles lor.. those white spots. my mum took and long term she has some of these problems so i am quite scared of the evening primrose pdts. besides i am not a great fan of health supplements. i believe we get enuf fm our daily food le..

I see you girls like the Jelly bags so much. I was surfing the net yesterday at auction Yahoo and notice they have tons of Jelly bags. I reckon they cost cheaper because no freight involved...

oh jelly also watch AMI yesterday.... think Fantasia is good *thumb up*.... although i seldom watch but tat time when i watch and hear Fantasia... think she will make it to the top....

Anna - another alternative is to try Panadol Menstral, it works wonder to me. Immd results.
Jelly - Normally if confirm, they will draft the contract for you to go thru. If no changes to the contract, they will print out the actual one w their letterhead. At that moment, you have to place your deposit liao.

cos sure have. do rem to get one person to help you bring from company, hold it thru dinner then back home and back to you office. hee someone must help u keep an eye on it else very easy to get lost when we coping with other events.
as for invitation cards, can try sweetly ask them, er if not enough can get a few more?? hehee and hope that they will agree.
for carpark, for PP, tey have different policy, you signing up with which hotel?

better quality n workmanship.... more worth the $$$ hor....
me too have to take pill for my monthly cramp...
But surprisely, this mth no pain.... maybe happy metting the gals n doing our BS hunt....
But my remedy is to drink blck chicken soup after yr memses ends... It works for me leh.....
